View originalViewing your phone plans. Call log
Cricket sucks that you can't view your own call logs. Most all carriers allow you to see calls coming in and going out. There's no law against me seeing calls made on MY phones
So let me make sure I understand you. I am not asking to see actual text messages or listen in on a call. All I want to do is from time to time view ( my 4 teens) call and text logs. Which is extremely easy to do with other carriers. And its an important thing to do if your a parent who cares. But now that I switched to Cricket wireless I can not do this??? Yet I was just looking through this blog I just signed up for. Wow the information you provide for that is unreal.
This is bull crap. All other carriers allow you to view past call logs. Cricket really sucks as a phone carrier
View a complete record of incoming and outgoing business phone calls, including the name of the caller, the number or extension dialed, and the time, date.

James_Cricket, you are wrong and you are providing misleading and false statements. You're violating federal and constitutional rights, by denying customers their information on their own accounts. Your company has no right to demand anything from a consumer requesting that info, except for possibly a written signed and dated request. Anything more than that and you are setting yourself above the law, and are in violation of THE LAW!!
Hello
In order to get the phone records for your service, you will need to send us a subpoena asking for the call records. You can fax it over to (888) 938-4715 or call our center for records at 1-800-635-6840. Please keep in mind that there is a fee for the records.
