Where is my "Free Phone"

  1. I ported my number into Cricket via phone call. The agent said he set up the free phone for me. Something went wrong and they now say I needed to do it online. Why would such a big company cheat a customer out of a free phone? They know it is a new number so why can’t they just fix it?
