why cant i sign into my account on the web or app

i’ve switched browsers and tried the MyCricket app as well and none of them will sign me in

Hello @cricketiscrazy88! Welcome to our Cricket Community Forum and thank you for your post. What error message are you receiving when attempting to sign in via the app and browser? Also, are you connected to a Wi-Fi network when attempting to use the app?

It worked once. I have been trying to update PIN  for two years. It recognizes my finger but won't let me do anything in app on web different browsers WiFi / mobile.....nothing. After 6 years of service I think I'm going to switch providers.

I just had the same experience. I use Norton and always toggle VPN ON before using my browser. After several unsuccessful tries at logging and getting that blasted ACCESS DENIED message, I toggled VPN OFF. Bingo!
