Are you looking to fix your credit score???
After going through a messy repossession in 2020, my credit score dropped to Equifax: 512, TransUnion: 504, Experian: 509. All attempts to restore my creditworthiness to a good rating had been unsuccessful. About a month ago while I was browsing a credit blog, I came across a comment by Evelyn about 760Plus Credit Score. I reached out to them out of desperation, and asked if he could help fix my credit score too. He responded positively and I had to subscribe to his services. I pulled my score after several days as I was instructed. Imagine my surprise when I discovered my score had been boosted to Equifax: 781, TransUnion: 772, and Experian 779. I’m recommending their services as promised.
Sim Swap Fraud- Refusal to Help
On Monday May 22nd my phone network went down at 1132am. I am the primary acct holder and have 3 other lines besides mine. All 4 lines lost network connection. I am a delivery driver and was using my maps when it happened. So I went to a McDs for the WiFi to see if maybe there was a down tower or something. As soon as I hooked up to WiFi I started getting all these notifications from my email that someone tried to access my Amazon, Google and Bank accounts. Then one from Venmo telling me my acct password was changed. Then 2 from affirm about the loan request I wanted. Then a couple from Paypal showing payments (this is how they accessed my bank acct). So I immediately run to my bank and they shut my card down but another charge had already come thru. So I'm out over $400 at this point. Next I go to my local cricket store, where over 3 days I spent 8 hours. The manager was as helpful as possible but she could only do so much. I have activated my phone but continue to get notices to active or it will be cancelled
I continue to get notices to activate a phone on an order that I received in mid-April…..and have activated. It is on my account AND working. Only now I’m told that if I don’t activate within the next 5 days it will be cancelled! I’ve activated it...a few times. It is my son’s phone and I DO NOT want it taken off of my account. I’ve activated the order…..over and over again, but still getting notices to activate it or it will be cancelled. I upgraded my son’s old phone on April 14th, so this was an order for an existing line that has been with Cricket for the past 4 years. I activated the phone (via the phone itself) when it came in a few days later and have “activated” again and again through these incessant texts and emails I’m getting telling me the phone is going to be cancelled. He is leaving on a school trip in 3 days and I CANNOT have his phone stop working in 5 days while he is out of town. Can someone help please.
Out of country, I cannot log in my cricket account.
I am visiting my mom in China now. My plan is the $30 per month - 5 GB plan. (The plan was purchased in the USA ~ 3 years ago. I keep use it for more than 3 years now.)The due day of my monthly payment is the 21st day of every month.But I can not log in my cricket account on my laptop in China. I can open most of the cricket webpages in China. But I cannot log in my account. But the banks require me to input a code send by text for verifications.I turn on the WIFI calling and I did receive the texts from my banks in the USA.I wonder whether this is free? If not, how much it cost?It takes more than 24 hours for my cell phone be able to receive the texts from my banks in the USA since I turn on the WIFI calling. Some banks told me: “Your Online Banking account has been locked for security reasons. To unlock your account, please call Online Customer Service at 1-800-XXX-XXXX.”I wonder whether I can use my cell phone (a US phone number) to do the WIFI calling to my US banks from China? Yes, I have been a customer with Cricket for many years. My phone was stolen August 2022 and I had to purchase another phone. I had wanted to keep the same telephone number but the man that stole my identity was accessing the Ion I purchased. I went back to the Cricket store and since I had no insurance, I had to basically get the cheapest Motorola phone possible. My number was changed to 662-782-6379. I had to get a Motorola pure G. I was told that I was eligible for an upgrade February, 2023. I wanted to get an IP hone but was told that since I was already a customer, I would have to pay full price. I have had some problems with this Motorola and I would love to upgrade but I cannot pay 499.99 for a telephone period. I am checking prices in the app for a Samsung and they are out of my price range. So yesterday I woke up to a text message from Cricket saying “Changes were made to youf Cricket account.” So I logged in but it didn’t say what changes, and there was nothing looking off. I figured it was a mistake.Then this morning, I woke up to emails from my bank saying that my password was changed, and a Zelle recipient was added, and they attempted to drain my bank account. Thankfully my bank flagged it and didn’t allow the transaction through. I called the bank and realized I had no phone service. This person accessed my Cricket account, sim swapped my number, and used it to access my bank account.I called the bank on my husband’s phone, and as I was on the line, an alert from Google popped up on my phone asking if it was me trying to log in. I definitely wasn’t.So I called Cricket and they told me it was a sim swap. But other than suspending the phone number, they won’t do ANYTHING. They insist that it has to be my fault because I must not have protected my information well enou

I bought a phone last summer with Cricket. I used Affirm to make monthly payments. I received the phone and didn't like it. I never used it. I promptly requested a return. I sent the phone back in the time allocated for a return. Since then, every time I call Cricket asking about my refund, it seems that there are many excuses. I've been transferred to different departments and sometimes back to the same department that I had already spoken to. Now, I'm still paying for this phone through Affirm because they have never contacted by Cricket. The last time I called Cricket, I was on the phone with them for 2 and a half hours. When I was supposed to be transferred to Affirm through Cricket along with the representative from Cricket to clear this up, he was no longer on the call. This was supposed to be a three way call to confirm the refund. As of today, I have paid 296 dollars. Now do I need to contact the Better Business Bureau and a lawyer. This is ridicu
Personal Information Theft By Owners/Employees
I just wanted to let y’all know that there is a possibility that the owners/employees at one of your Cricket Wireless locations has been stealing personal information from your costumers. The address is: 3841 Veterans Blvd Ste 102 Metairie, LA 70002.I got my info stolen a while back and a few days later my info was used to open accounts outside of Cricket Wireless. One being Verizon Wireless while using all my information they asked me to provide out loud while there were people in the back room listening. This could all be a coincidence but I have been hearing bad things about the owner and his wife working together to do these things and I just wanted to let y’all know so it does not happen to other people. I already filed an identity theft and fraud report to both the police and the credit bureaus so it is all sorted on my end but I don’t want them to get away with doing things like this. Cricket 100gb plan with Turbo Hotspot 2 new problem
I’ve had this plan for a while and I use it to play my Xbox Series X. A few weeks ago, I’ve noticed that I can’t connect to anyone. What is going on and why did this change happen? I know it’s not the device, the games, the xbox, etc. It’s something on Cricket’s end. Everything has been fine for months. There are people on Reddit that have also noticed the same thing I have. Port Out Scam 2023
I have been a Cricket customer for about 7 years now. On Monday, my phone suddenly stopped working. It said it wasn't connected, and it said it was not permitted to make phone calls. I took it to the local cricket store, and we tried multiple methods to fix it, and even called customer service together several times. When I tried to enter my PIN for the account, it did not work. We tried several numbers none of them worked. They gave me a security question, but it was not a security question I had ever set. We finally came to the conclusion that someone had taken over my Cricket account and stole their way into my password/pin and changed the PIN and security question. I need to disable the SIM that is currently (fraudulently) attached to my Cricket phone number. I also need to change the PIN, challenge question, and password. I have called the customer service number multiple times and they have been no help. I have gone into a Cricket store multiple times and they have been no help e

I lost my phone about 6 months ago and had auto pay set up and money keeps getting deducted from my account from my debit card so I believe my phone is still getting actively paid up to date if so I need to kno how I can get another phone and sim card to replace it so I can get. Have just been hung up on 3 time by Cust Serv.
Call with a problem was transferred to Warranty… Asked to speak to a supervisor, supervisor came on line asked for my account pin number. I asked why he would need that. He hung up. Called back, finally got another cust serv person. Asked for a supervisor she transferred me to a supervisor. After taking with her she was talking to me and just hung up.And it was a problem with a new phone I purchased. It crapped out. I got it running again and then it would run a app, it was just Uber, the only app I use on my PHONE. I use my phone as a phone not a multi-media device, I have a computer for that and a tablet. My phone is my PHONE.So, now I guess I write a letter to corporate but I doubt that won’t do any good. I would change carriers but I don’t have a problem with the service, just customer service.And the store I purchased the phone wouldn’t do a thing either as the screen had about a millimeter scratch on the screen in the upper right hand corner and would exchange it.
Hello can an employee please help with a return status? The phone was received back by cricket warehouse on Tuesday and I still haven’t received a confirmation email. What is weird is that instead of receiving a Return Received Confirmation Email, I received a CANCELation email….which makes completely no sense to me. After upgrading my phone
Hi, I recently upgraded my iphone to a new one (iphone 11).The package was delivered with a new sim card as well as a new phone, so I put the new sim card in my new phone. Following the instruction, I tried to activate it online, but it consistently failed to find my order, showing an error message like “Oops! Looks like we're having a problem with our system. Please try again later.”My new phone looked to work well without activation, but I found that iMessage and FaceTime were not activated on my new phone and the text message was still sent to the old phone. Could you help me to solve this issue?
