Where is the two factor authentication when logging into the Cricketwireless.com website? This is standard now everywhere to protect customers accounts, especially phones. When will this be implemented? I am looking for two factor to work with something like google authenticator.
I was at work today when I get a text that changes were made to my account and I contacted Chat and they gave me the store Number to contact IT was 5114 Wrightsboro Rd, Grovetown Ga 30813. Upon calling to let them know my account was accessed without me being there I was told I was lying. When In fact I am not. They did not have my Valid ID nor me in the store they used a fake ID expiration date to access my account and I will not stand for this. Who else can I contact about this Store this is not the first time this has happened
I just bought this new phone from cricket today and now all of a sudden it's showing up as a whole different device than the device I bought and paid for. It was not showing up as this device the first time I checked it then all of a sudden it changed from a moto g play to this weird XT-2271-4 phone? Why is that? And what is that? This happens to me constantly with all the phones I buy everything will be fine then all of a sudden this happens and anything to do with me messes up and gets all weird. I'm starting to believe I'm being targeted for some reason and it's really annoying. The phone will start acting funny and all of my stuff gets messed with. How do I stop this? Contacting the laws? A harassment lawyer? What? This is ridiculous and I don't want anything to do with any of this madness. The phone on the box is the phone I bought it showed that at first on the my cricket app then all of a sudden it changed to that XT-2271-4 device which I do not have and do not know what that is
I am utterly frustrated with the incessant system updates that keep disrupting my phone. Every update leads to data loss, a chaotic reconfiguration of my settings, and the unwelcome presence of uninstalled apps and games. To add to the misery, my bank account was hacked right after the last update rebooted my phone. If I wanted to update my Android version, I would have purchased a different phone. It's astonishing that just within a week, we've seen the transition from Android S to Android 13! Despite turning off auto-updates, I am constantly bombarded with update notifications that I can't seem to get rid of. Even on my previous phone, disabling auto-updates didn't seem to work. Is there any way to prevent Cricket from incessantly pushing these updates, especially considering the disruptions they cause to my business-related data?
I started a new account last week, I was getting all text messages from Cricket and others, but I was not getting any of the temp PIN texts.I went through chat support on Sunday, and over a four hour period, different agents had me literally create and try to create an acocunt 40+ times, we gave up at this point.Monday I called, and the person fixed the issue as she sent test texts from the same number the temp PINs come from. She told me though to wait 3 days as the system will not allow me to get a temp PIN for three days.Today was the fourth day, I held off one more day to make sure, and now I am getting a message I cannot create an account for 30 days, and I have a feeling 30 days from now, it will be another 30 days as I think on Sunday the chat agents really screwed up my account.I am paying for the $60 plan, and I can’t take advantage of most of the features.I called today, phone support tried but said there is nothing they can do, both Twitter and Facebook Cricket support gave
It was sometime ago that Cricket changed their account portal. At that time you were no longer taken directly to Usage and now is only Bill pay and had to instead click a tab to have it load (many times it would not do so.) But the stupid inability to change plans without loading up Cricket’s app is really annoying for those of us that are mobile hotspot Data only users. You can not load an app on a hotspot! So I guess you can call in every time you decide you want to change but why did whoever set this up get rid of the online method for controlling plans? I suspect the thought is only phone users are customers. I must admit even if I was a phone customer I would not want to deal with some doohickey app loaded on my phone instead of the webpage.
I ported out to Verizon today. New phone can make calls with my number, but I have a message saying that port protection is turned on with my current provider (Cricket), to turn it off and call them.The only thing I can find that enabled port protection is "pin protection", and that's turned off. Someone help!
All phones on my account lost service and account information was changed to a person named Lisa Parker. Because phone was hacked they got other info off my phone and used my PayPal account to make purchases that I am working on to have that revoked. I had to get a new account and all new numbers. How do I go about getting this fixed
My cricket account and phone number have been hacked. They changed the account pin and the security question, which are the only two things cricket customer service and help desk will accept. I have been into a cricket store and the store manager kept getting the run around from cricket customer service and the help desk. Numerous forms of fraud have happened to my wife and I because of losing our phone number to someone impersonating us and using our information.
I have paid my bills with cricket for almost 3 years now. Yesterday my phone was disconnected and I have a $147. Amount owed. I have called and been hug up on 2 times after not getting anything resolved. The person disconnected me only after stating several times that I am not satisfied with her and need to speak to a supervisor. She refused me and then hung up. My problem is I paid on September 15th. And now they say I owe $147.00 more. They " refunded " my August payment to an account I do not have and I need to call the bank. I paid August and used my phone all month. I paid Sept and only used 1/2 of the month. Why do they send money for previous month? Nobody can answer that. I have been ripped off. My bill is only $86 month and has been for a few years. How do I get a hold of someone to do something with this? Do I have no recourse but to sue? I'm disabled and elderly and I need the phone.

What are the proper procedures to put in formal complaints with AND against cricket? I've been actively trying to get my phone number back after scammers ported my number out OVER a month ago!! I've been fighting with customer service but they just keep telling me to wait for the back office to call. I have not received any call.

UNAUTHORIZED PORT, 3 out of 4 of my phone lines. This was done on 08/21/23 with no resolution. I have called customer service twice a day for the past 19 days now with no resolution. Customer service representatives are clearly outsourced and are being used as a gatekeep from their "back office" team. Back office team has not reached out or provided ANY updates on the situation. I have also just received no ounce of hope or resolution/reassurance from their support team here on Facebook. FCC and FTC submissions have been made. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any company. I cannot believe this has been happening on such a large scale. Does anyone have any advice if this has happened to you? I am at a complete loss, I desperately want to keep the same phone numbers, we have had them for over a decade.
My wife, myself and daughter all have Cricket wireless. my number is 619 701 0130, wife’s is 619 701 6516 and they both work perfectly. My daughter just got a new iPhone X and we inserted her sim, and it shows Cricket Wireless on the home screen… but when ever she makes calls, no sound and then it cuts off. When we call her it goes straight to voicemail. Her number is 760-496-4956. She can’t even call 611. Can you help?
Same story I am reading. Customer since 2014. Number ported out 16 days ago. 3.cases crested, no help from Customer service. Called AT&T since they own cricket. Found more information from AT&T and the Verizon where my number was sent. Seems cricket and A I artificial intelligence is now a scammers dream come true! I would not recommend cricket to anyone after all my years with them. Filled FCC , FTC complaints. Also filed FBI IC3 complaint. Do the leg work yourself find your number and pressure cricket.
I attempted to modify my plans to include a hotspot feature, but while entering my payment card information, the process froze and subsequently logged me out of the app on my phone. Currently, there's an ongoing pending order, and I'm unable to proceed any further. How can I resolve this situation?
