I can log onto my account from my laptop, my phone, and my tablet but I cannot log in from my desktop. I have tried Firefox and explorer all I get is the error message that I cannot log on to my account and to contact customer care. I did this and the call was escalated and they told me there was a problem with the web site. This has been going on for more than a week. Is there something I need to change on my desktop to get this to work?

So let me make sure I understand you. I am not asking to see actual text messages or listen in on a call. All I want to do is from time to time view ( my 4 teens) call and text logs. Which is extremely easy to do with other carriers. And its an important thing to do if your a parent who cares. But now that I switched to Cricket wireless I can not do this??? Yet I was just looking through this blog I just signed up for. Wow the information you provide for that is unreal.
I would like to know how to file a complaint through the corporate office the number that they have keeps ringing busy and every time you talk to one of the customer service representatives and ask them to get you to check over to someone they hang the phone up on you when you ask for a supervisor or anything so I need to reach someone to file a complaint and have someone to listen to those calls because this is ridiculous
are you ever going to fix your sign up? it's been almost a year since this problem has cropped up and absolutely nothing has been done about it. I shouldn't have to turn off my wifi (and sometimes even my data) on my PHONE just to be able to sign in. i've already talked to customer service over the phone when this issue first popped up for me and they were overall unhelpful.i understand that due to covid things might be a lil short staffed here and there but i feel like fixing your sites login is literally vital to your company and its customers. you should focus on that. :/
hello, I haven't been receiving MMS texts, like group chats or pictures. I can send but not receive. I reset my APN settings, it would work but eventually stop again.I changed the SMS app to FB Messenger and Textra, same thing.I restored my phone and same thing. Android motorola e5 cruise thanks
So i upgraded my phone & ordered me a new phone via online. My account is now saying "Order Pending" & won't let me do anything. I'm frustrated because we're wanting to upgrade my wife's phone too but can't due to this issue. Any suggestions or help? I did receive my phone today btw but have to go in store to activate it. I can't do it online which is frustrating.
I am the sole owner of this device from day one and never had it on another carrier. I have been with Cricket wireless for several years.Just yesterday my IMEI number got blocked for supposedly being reported as Lost or Stolen. Spent near an hour with Chat and was basically told that the only way for an IMEI number to get blocked is to either call my carrier (Cricket) and request that my IMEI number be blocked or log into my account and report it there.So I did no such thing and I am somehow blocked. They it can take 3 t o 5 days to get my phone unblocked. Further into the conversation I was told that it most likely a system glitch on their end. They said that they could submit to have the IMEI unblocked but there was no guarantee that it would stay unblocked until the unblocked request went through which can take 3 to 5 days.So my IMEI was unblocked for most of the day and then I get a TXT message saying, "Cricket here! We couldn't remove the device with IMEI ending XXXXXXXXXXXX
I called customer service through wifi calling because randomly my service turned off says my card has no connection they set up a ticket for my phone but now I can't wifi call and it's telling me to contact cricket and I litteraly bought this phone two days ago with no issues. Help?
My daughter bought a phone based on a recommendation from the store. It doesn’t do what she expected. No problem 7 day return. Not really. She bought the phone at 1:53 on a Sunday and her grandfather passed away that day. She is a nurse and works 11 hours shifts and could get back to Cricket before she had to fly from FL to NH for the funeral. She flys back Saturday. Told her bring it with you we will return it in NH. Found out it has to be returned to the store you purchase it at. She gets home Saturday at 10pm. Called customer service and they said no exceptions if she can’t get there by close of business on Saturday they won’t accept it. Called the store they said they would but Cricket system won’t allow it. I should have until 1:53 on Sunday that would be 7 days. So is this false advertising especially considering the circumstances. I plan on filing a dispute and going to arbitration. Wondering if anybody has advise on doing this?
Need clarification on this and ASAP...I need access to call history and SMS texting as well for a phone active on my account. Am I understanding correctly that A COURT ORDERED SUBPOENA is required to obtain call records?? And that text messages aren't saved/cached at all?
If I want to port my Cricket Wireless number to another carrier,can I do it while my service is active and after that number is ported,can I change my number in my account so that I can get a new number in my Cricket Wireless account and the ported number is with the another carrier?

I’m in a 5 line plan now. Since I will leave the U.S. very soon, I no longer need this phone number. So I want to remove my line out.I can’t operate online directly through our plan account (there is only add line option). Also, I can’t find a way to get customer support from real person. The contact phone number (611) is just predefined recording. The online chat is just a robot repeating totally same things. How can I get customer support that’s really helpful???????
My idiot brother sat on my phone and busted it to the point where the screen doesn't even respond, so I can't unlock it nor even call anyone...making customer support nonviable atm. I need a new phone ASAP because I have several job apps I just put in today, and they all have my dead phone's number on them. How the hell do I cancel my account, and how soon could I transfer its number to a new device?
Last post I saw about Cricket not supporting changing the outbound caller id name was in 2018 and I can't seem to find anymore information about it. Is it supported now? If it is, where can I find instructions on how to change it? If not, does cricket ever plan to change this?
