2nd replacement of my lg stylo6 under warranty IM DONE WITH IT

BBB------ IF CRICKET DOESN'T OFFER ME A CHECK TO REPLACE THE DEVICE THEY WILL SOON STOP CARRYING IM FILING WITH THE BBB PERIOD.... Im a loyal customer for yrs with 5 lines all have insurance!!!! i just put a claim for the 6 because of its awful freezing screens. voice asst comes on by itself , power the phone off and since day one it takes 10 to 15 min to come back on!!!! I saw the neg..reviews when it came out BUT BEING A LOYAL STYLO FAN ive had the 3, 4, 5 and NOW THE TOXIC 6.....im heartbroken !!! As i sit here and wait for the warranty dept to call me back they want to offer to replace it , when i have full knowledge FROM ASSURION that the amount of claims on this device will blow your mind!!!! So cricket stop offering a phone that within a few months will start malfunctioning , i get it to those that love it ...HEY THAT WAS ME MAN ...i saved to upgrade and now they want to give me another , this will be 3 now COME ON GET THE HINT !!! It is not fair to loyal customers to treat them like this , very sad stylo fan, thank u and god bless

Why facebook or twitter ????..I waited for a return call from the warranty dept....NO CALL AND ITS 1130 PM TX !!! I just want to make sure not just for myself BUT FOR ALL STYLO 6 OWNERS, don't just patch the issue by sending the same dang phone with the same exact issues,  you see patches are temporary!!! That patch will eventually lose its will to go on AND BUST  ,  POOF BACK TO THE SAME ISSUE !!!

I just received my 3rd stylo 6 in the last year because they won't send me anything but that. However my mom had to replace her stylo 6 and they sent her a motog stylus i have not even sent back the phone i was replacing yet and i am already having problems with the replacement phone. The same touchscreen issues and not the fingerprint scanner on back of the phone will not work. I am sick of paying for them to send me the same crappy phone. If this problem is not resolved they will lose me as a customer. LG was supposed to stop making phones so how is this phone so readily available still?
