A flip phone with do not disturb feature unless...

I have a Samsung smartphone that has a “do not disturb” or “do not ring” unless it’s a person in my address book or in my favorites.  Great feature to avoid scammers. 

My mother has a flip phone and gets a lot of unwanted phone calls from scammers.  Is there a flip phone that will only ring if the caller is in the phone’s address book?
