I recently signed on with Cricket and three of the 4 phones will let me download Instagram but one will not. It says it is not compatible with the device. They are all 4 the same type of phone.

If one of your identical phones can't download Instagram due to compatibility issues, try updating the phone's software, clearing app cache/data, ensuring sufficient storage, and contacting Cricket support if needed.
