When my son texts me, I do not get an alert as I do from everyone else. When I open the conversation with him, I click the three dots in the top right corner and see his number is blocked, and it has that message. When I push the unblock button it will not unblock him. Can anyone help with this?

The solution that finally worked was when I deleted his information as a contact on my phone and then re-entered the information again. It worked! Thank you Cricket!
