I'm having signal issues with my phone now for the last 2 days. The phone will lose service randomly and I will only be able to make emergency calls and can send emails over wifi. I can't text or call and can't receive any return. I have tried power cycling phone, taking the sim card out and putting it back in and turning phone back on. Have even tried changing the access point with no luck. What else can I try to get service? My billing cycle doesn't end until the 19th so I know it's not that.

Hi thanks for responding to my issue. I've already been in touch with customer service and had to get a new SIM card for my phone. My old Sim card was a generation 1. So everything is working good now 😊
