Call Defense defaults to on - I need it off for business

Even when I toggle the Call Defense feature to 'off' , it goes back to 'on'. 

I use my Android phone for business and accept up to 40 incoming phone calls a day.

Call Defense is blocking all of these customer incoming phone calls. 

I've been to a cricket store, got a new phone, a new phone number and 24 hours later it's back to doing the same exact thing. 

No one else on my plan has this issue. 

Can someone help? I can't work until this problem is fixed. Thank you.
