I cannot make or receive calls from inside of house. Always have full signal bars. Can send and receive emails also can access the internet without wifi. I can go out side and make and receive calls.

I think you should contact their customer service. They should be able to look at the network and check your account.

I have the same problem, and later today I’ll contact support because I don’t know how to fix it myself
