Tried for 3 days, called 10X. 1st day they said phone could be unlocked 8 hours later. Next day got a support case#. Today they said that the phone could be unlocked after 3 hours. No unlock. Constantly receive this ERROR CODE; UNLOCK failed to generate attestation request ERROR CODE# 16781312 ENDORSE API failed. I purchased this with the intent to use it as an alternate method to access the internet. Their unlimited plan only allows 10GBs hotspot use. Insufficient. Please help unlock this phone. Provide a way for me to contact Motorola if necessary to obtain a PUK code and method to unlock the phone. CASE#- C-B7VLJO.
