cant see usage on my cricket app.  K92 5G phone

Hi @Kb2vzj, Welcome to our Cricket Community Forum and thank you for your post. We recommend ensuring that your device and the app are both on the most recent software version. You can also uninstall and reinstall the app to refresh the settings.

I uninstalled the cricket app and reinstalled and my phone software is current but my phone usage page remains blank where my wife's shows up. Can't someone there do a reset on my phone or whatever. The number is <<removed phone number».

@Kb2vzj Hey buddy, it’s not a good idea to post your number in here, jmo. 

I'm having the same problem I can see my phone's Usage but not my wife's I have the k92 and she has the Samsung A-12 

I was planning to post a topic regarding this issue since iam facing this for very long time and dont know what to do, Is there any alternative solution for this

I've noticed this issue as well. The temporary solution is to login on the website to see usage for different lines until the issue is resolved in the next update in the Google play and App store.

Having the same issue. Appears to be a cricket app problem. Restarting and other phone related solutions will probably not fix the issue.
