Bought my Dream 5g online through Cricket. Received the phone 5 days ago. The thing won't charge. I use the charger that came with the phone. I've called customer service and when I explain the problem they transfer me to someone that can help. Problem is, when I get transferred it tells me they cant help and to go to the website and then hangs up on me. Anyone else having issues with charging and how can I fix it?

Does it charge when you plug it into your computer? Try not using the charger or USB cord that came with it and see what happens. If it doesn’t charge no matter what combination you use, the phone’s battery is bad or has some broken circuitry. If it charges on other things, the charger or USB cord is bad. Should be under warranty. Bring it back to a cricket store.
