On the 17th of October, my grandson woke up with colored vertical lines on the desktop of his Cricket Cell phone. I want to know how to remove the battery and sim card, so the phone could reset itself?

There may be a chance that the phone’s LCD screen is the one that is now broken.

So, we have to get a new LCD screen? Or is it possible to save me some money and fix it myself?
