Coverage in Evanston

When ever I go to work in Evanston, I never get any service, it doesn't even show that I can call and text. But, on the coverage map it shows that it is covered by LTE. Why am I not getting my data? I'm up to date on payments, and I haven't used all of my high speed, so why aren't I getting coverage?

@septimus Hey, you might want to reach out to them on Social Media if you don't want to call 611. They don't typically answer that type of question on here.
