Cricket apps not installing

I have disabled MY CRICKET and the CRICKET VISUAL VOICEMAIL on my moto e5 cruise phone because the apps download but do not install. I get a notice that the could not install, yet all other apps on my phone can with no problem. I have an external drive so lack of storage can't be the issue. When I get a system update, these 2 apps are re-enabled. Yet they still do not install on my phone & I have to go in & uninstall/disable the apps again.

Is there a logical explanation why these 2 Cricket apps do not work? They are a waste of my time & effort.

I just sent a message there describing the issue. Thanks for your reply!

I had a similar problem with the my cricket app on my nokoia c5. I resolved the issue by removing the android system webview updates. The app opened fine until the phone updated the webview app.  There is a compatibility issue with it.

That sounds really strange, I have never had such problems with these apps.

The best solution for you is just to connect with the support service and ask them how to solve this. Another variant is to find a company that is specializing in such apps as https://fireart.studio/blog/7-best-mobile-ux-design-principles-and-best-practices/ and try to consult with their specialist
