I got the cricket 5g phone as an upgrade and it's been shutting down the and restarting since I got it home. The store won't do an exchange due to their employee breaking the SIM card tray when I was at the store on the phone they tried to give me 1st and counted that phone as an exchange. I am so upset over this so called upgrade especially after reading all the reviews on line. This phone should not even be on the shelves in the stores or considered as an upgrade. Its only obvious after seeing how many phones have had issues.

After reading the questions and conversations regarding the dream 5g why is Cricket not providing a solution for their customers? My wife purchased a Dream 5. Within the first thirty days it started randomly restarting. We tried to get an in-store credit to replace the malfunctioning device. This is against Crickets policy. We filed a warranty claim. We were sent a Dream 5 with a nonfunctional camera. We filed another warranty claim. We were sent another phone that started resetting shortly after the store installed the updates. We filed a warranty claim and was sent another phone with the same issue. We have just filed our fifth warranty claim. At this point we are not optimistic that Crickets is interested in resolving the issues. It's time Crickets amend their policy to provide a realistic solution. James _@cricket, or anyone at Crickets that might be concerned with keeping customers must need take some pride, and do whatever is necessary to provide a working replacement for the Dream 5 deboggle. After taking the time out of our busy schedules to file warranty claims, taking the replacement phones to the store for activation, only to discover the refurbished phones that was sent to replace the new phone we purchased is improperly functioning. We are not happy with Cricket! We pay for our service on time with our commitment. We waste our time with refurbished replacements that do not function properly because Cricket's policy is to not stand behind their product.
