Why does it take so long to send a message and sometimes not receiving them around pay period? So annoying. I'm about to switch carriers

They want a response to a company you might not use or have? Makes no sense to me as I have the same problems.
I too have this problem it's so frustrating when it takes 20 mins to send a text message !!! I'm at my limit and looking for a different carrier now
