dream 5g keeps restarting

My dream 5g just blinks out and restarts for no reason. At first i thought it was because I just got the phone and maybe it was still updating but it has been doing this frequently. It has not been 7 days yet. Can I take this phone back to the store for a new one. It was an upgrade. The store Rep recommended this phone and it is not doing right

@Jalisa8112014 I hate that you’re having problems with your new phone. I would try backing up your data and performing a factory reset. If that doesn’t work we do offer a 7-day return period. The Dream also comes with our 2-year no hassle warranty!
