I have a cricket dream 5g and I can't seem to find the option for parallel apps also known as dual messenger on some phones. Does anyone know if cricket dream 5g offers that and knows how to access it?

Hi There, we thank you for your inquiry! The GooglePlay store does have the dual messenger app, which would allow parallel app conversations.
