We have lines on our account. One of them started losing connection, saying emergency calls only. Restarting the phone would help sometimes. We bought a new SIM card. That did not help. Bought a new phone and put the SIM card in and it still occurs on that phone. It seems to be related to the one number. I have called customer support 5 times. Still nothing seems to be fixing the problem. The guy at the Cricket store said to cancel the line and get a new phone number. I don’t want to change my number.
