Extremely dissatisfied

I have had Cricket for a month now. Before then I had studied for weeks deciding which phone company id use. What sold me with Cricket was the girl telling me my phone would not only be able to be used with Cricket but id also be able to use it with the mobile hotspot which is what i needed most.

Turns out NO. My old phone didnt work. So they set me up with their mobile hotspot and $60 plan with the free phone of theirs. An Alcatel Verso. This has got to be the most worthless phone I have ever owned. It is truly WORTHLESS. The display is absolutely horrid. The RAM is nearly non exsistant so starting any app at all drains it to the point of being very very very slow. But the worst part: The constant over heating and shutting down. Sometimes , usually 3 or 4 times a day, the phone over heats. I cant run apps, I cant open my emails, i can barely text. No matter what I do it causes this phone so much stress that it over heats and shuts off. This is uncalled for . I looked up the phone and ALL the reviews were the exact same problems im experiencing. Why is Cricket handing this phone out knowing these problems exist and are extremely wide spread ? Its not like this is a isolated incident.

No I did not buy the insurance with the phone and I cant afford a new one this close before Christmas. I am extremely dissatisfied with Cricket so far. The phone problems alone have me thinking of leaving and joining someone else. I am NOT happy.
