Full signal, cannot receive calls

I have noticed over the last several months that I have not been receiving calls while at my office. I have full signal showing in the status bar and signal strength shows at -90 dBm 50 asu on LTE. While not directly next to a window, I do have line of sight to a wall of windows about 15 yards away. I often only find out about the missed calls one of two ways: text message or voicemail from the caller, and I only get the voicemail notification if I move to another location within the building. I have 2 other lines on my account and my line is the only one this regularly happens to.
