Why does the hotspot not work on Pixel 6 Pro?

Option 5 is listed for Pixel 6 PRO which is:
HD Voice (VoLTE), Mobile Hotspot, Wi-Fi Calling, compatible.
I have VoLTE and Wi-Fi calling, but Mobile Hotspot doesn’t work. Also, 5G worked for a short while and no longer works either. Would like both to work as I am paying for both and there is no reason they can’t work as they do work on the AT&T network just fine.
