Is this bad to the human body? I usually don't keep my cell phone on all day and only use it when needed.

The FIRST thing that you must understand, is that the strength of ANY electromagnetic field falls off in proportion to the SQUARE of the distance from the emitter.
Applying this to your question, I cannot say definitively one way or the other, if the low power emitted by a cellphone causes brain cancer, but the risk is completely eliminated by using a Bluetooth device or a wired headset.
You don't see Police holding their walkie-talkie next to their ear anymore, the radio is on their belt, and the microphone is clipped to their shoulder. At first, one would think this is to keep their hands free, until you realize that you have to squeeze the microphone in order to talk.

There is no issue as there things are not huge impact on health but these have some waves so prevent old ages near them and use air-purifier that’s it.

Air purifiers have no ability to get rid of electromagnetic radiation. Don’t you know anything about science? It’s exactly like trying to remove light from the air with an air purifier. Has the room ever gotten darker when you turned on an air purifier?
The fact is we know that certain types of electromagnetic radiation will cause tumors and cancer. Gamma radiation like from a nuclear bomb or nuclear reactor meltdown. X-rays, too, are bad.
