I have never been so disappointed with my Cricket service I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years and referred other friends and family to not be able to get my tethering hotspot on my ZTE axon phone which Cricut does not offer for a purchase I still keep Cricket as my service I had to tethering once I purchase the phone and removed it to not being formed by customer service that once I remove the tethering because of my ZTE axon phone I would not be able to reinstate the tethering hotspot this is not acceptable for a loyal customer for over 8 years I'm sure I'm not the only one that's upset about not being able to get the hotspot or the tethering on other phones again this is not great customer service this needs to be brought to the attention of crickets president and I know that I am not the only one that will stop using and referring people to Cricket if this is not changed immediately.
