We just bought the hotspot box yesterday and are trying to get it set up on the my cricket app so we can track usage and pay the bill. The problem is that when we have them send the passcode to set up the account the hotspot box does not receive the message. We have the box itself set up where i can check messages on the box and no messages whatsoever. We contacted support they hung up on us, we have been to two local cricket stores and they didn't know either. All we need is to receive the passcode from cricket to set up the account on their app. Any suggestions??

@Stevenkirby - do you guys have any Cricket phone lines? If so, you can pop your hotspot’s SIM into the phone & get the code that way. If not, you can pop the SIM into an unlocked phone & get the SIM that way too. Hope this helps! 🤗
Thanks, We just that with a unlocked phone. The guy at the cricket store tried that yesterday using a cricket phone still no passcode. I am going to try calling customer service hopefully this time they wont hang up on me again.
I have exactly the same problem. Anyone got a suggestion? This is quiet a common issue.
