How Do I get my phone fixed?

I haven’t had my cricket icon 4 long but every time I log into an app it kicks me out before I can look at it for example snapchat kicks me out before I’m able to see who messaged please help I don’t want to have to get a new phone but I might have too if my phone keeps kicking me out of apps or google meet video chat app.

The next step is to go into device settings and clear the app cache and data on the apps that you are having issues with. My Icon 4 does that too. Even after I clean the cache.
