I keep getting text messages from Gmail accounts sending sex services and I've done talked to cricket customer service and they telling me that nothing that they can do but change my cell phone number and I've done bought a new phone and changed my cell phone number and same problem. I have done spoken to the police about it and they told me to take cricket to court. I also had court threats over these Gmail messages because it's a chain letters. Cricket better do something or I'm taking it viral where it's known everywhere.

Umm no it doesn't, cricket is the worst in spam in sex text messages. I'm fixing to go back to my old carrier because at least they don't allow it and they are more loyal. And my old carrier has way more better phone signal. Cricket is the worst and a rip off. I pay unlimited everything and I can't even make or receive calls and I just bought a new phone and same damn thing.

And customer service needs to go back to being taught that you don't tell a customer that it's not their problem that I'm having issues with my cell phone issues when after a tornado hit the cricket towers in my area. I would say their exact words but I don't believe in repeating their choice of profanity towards me.

I keep getting the same messages sent by different email addresses and cricket isn’t trying to do anything to block email addresses from sending texts to my phone! THIS PROBLEM NEEDS TO BE FIXED SOON CRICKET! I’ve been a customer for almost 7 years and seriously looking at leaving Cricket!
