I switched to cricket let's say maybe 3 months ago got a free Stylo 6 for my husband and I. Now ever since we can hardly use our phones at home if we try and it goes through nobody can hear us and if we try to text they always fail for the longest time before sending them we have confused each other because we receive texts from one another extremely delayed like by hours delayed then all the sudden 10 messages come thru at the same time. Anyone else have a Stylo 6 and have the same issue or is it just because we live in Winlock WA ☹️
I switched to my daughter’s LG Stylo 3. We both have Cricket Wireless. But I do not receive all group texts and my group doesn’t always receive my texts. I’ve also just found out that not all my individual texts are going through. I’ve called customer service multiple times and it’s frustrating. They can never help me.
I switched to Cricket from H20 wireless. I am using an unlocked iPhone XS. Cricket offered me an LG Stylo 5 for $50. Cricket said they would unlock it after 6 months. I lost track of the time. 10 months later I remembered and asked Cricket to unlock the phone as they promised. Cricket refused. Cricket said customers have at least 6 months of active service on their device before they are eligible to have it unlocked. Despite paying for service and buying the phone, Cricket used a loophole to break their promise. Cricket must fulfill their promise and their word. Cricket declined , but that is what was required to keep integrity.
I took my sim card from my one plus 7 pro which worked perfectly fine for over a year on cricket and put it in another one plus 7 pro (exact same phone). Now cricket says this phone is not compatible with the network and is trying to sell me a different phone. Been a customer for over 5 years and this is the thanks you get. Stay away from cricket. I'll be outside the store all weekend telling people about how horrible this company and to run away.
I bought a new phone the LGK92 on Nov 14 2020. It keeps shutting off and it will stay off and wont turn back on. I have only had it for a couple days. I went into the store in Spanish Fork UT and they don't want to do anything to help me exchange the phone or return it. This is not ok I will never buy anything from cricket ever again.
HELLO I accidentally pressed don't allow OR something like that when I was trying to reply to a message from my bank card account.the ones that tell you that you might be charged for so many messages Etc etc so now I can not even check my balance or reply to any of those kinds of messages how do I change it back.please help me..
I just got the S21. While on a call, I tried to reply to a text using the microphone (voice input to text). I got a notification that says “can’t use voice input while on a call.” So it’s prohibited. By default, voice input is controlled by Samsung. I also switched to google for voice input to see if that worked. I don’t get an error message but Google says something to the effect of “I didn’t catch that,” so it doesn’t work either at the moment.Any workaround for this? Is this an android 11 issue? I could voice text while on a call on a galaxy note 4 (android 6). All these years later and the S21 is incapable of doing this? Frustrating.
Hi I would like to know how or where can I complaint about cricket Wireless manager that stole my phone. I already call to customer service two times it's been more then 4 months without getting answers. They just said or we have the name on the manager but they don't nothing to help me. I have more than 10 years been a cricket Wireless Customer I'm really disappointed with cricket Wireless. How you supposed to trust a company when their own manager stole your phone.
I contacted chat support, but they told me that they needed data from the first user of the phone, number and security pin, which I do not have, because without those they cannot see if it is more than 6 months old, is there a solution to my problem?
It seems that if Cricket doesn’t detect a phone as an “HD Voice” (VoLTE) phone, they won’t provision it as such. Correct?Their list says that they are “adding new phones everyday.”If the phone does support VoLTE but isn’t on their list, can Cricket flip a switch and provision it as an HD Voice phone anyway? Even though it’s not on the list?
Why does the 5g network that is out now being so shitty as of recently?I go from 5g one minute to LTE then to 4g the nxt. I want to either get this fix or yall need to stop advertising that yall have the best 5g network until u can get this fix cause it messes up my game and thats the whole reason y i went with this phone is for the faster network and storage space.
I have a new Android phone and I have a new Cricket Wireless “Universal SIM Card Activation Kit” ordered from Amazon. I want to simply insert the new SIM into the new phone and activate it on my existing Cricket Wireless plan/account, replacing my existing one and maintaining the existing plan, existing cellphone number, etc. What is the proper way to do this, ideally through the portal/website? I’ve seen a number of different references to “purchasing a new SIM at a Cricket store and having them perform the activation”, but I don’t believe that should be necessary. Any advice from the community? If I have to do this in multiple steps, that’s fine too. I just want to make sure that the end result is what I want and that I don’t lose either the number or a lot of time traveling or on the phone--I live in a remote area at least an hour one-way away from any store.TIA!
I bought a BRAND NEW PHONE, LG6. Right out of the box, the speaker didn't work. Their solution to my broken BRAND NEW PHONE??????????? They're going to send me a used phone. I AM SO UPSET =- CANCELLING OUR 4 LINES AND GOING BACK TO VERIZON. UGH.Cricket - I'm disguested.
Is there a way to locate your other device that you have on your plan? Without having the other phones passwords for codes is there a way to track my other phone on my plan? Long story short it's my teenage daughter who has it and she likes to sneak out so I'm trying to find out where she's going any help would be great
I had the Nokia C1 last year and I disliked it, so not even 3 weeks ago I "upgraded" to the Cricket Ovation, and I effing HATE it! The battery will not charge. It might go up 2-3% after being on charge for an hour, but I'll look again 10 minutes later-- still on charge-- and it's dropped at least 10%!!! It was finally up to 80% about 12 hours ago... It's currently in 57%, and yet again it's been in charge this whole time! And let's talk about how it starts lagging then freezes up completely! Most of my memory is still free. I don't run apps in the background. There is no reason for it to do this every time I turn around! If runs redonkulously slow. I find it funny that it has 4 stars on the website, but everytime I tried to leave a review, the page suddenly disappeared. Wtf is that about?!The only good thing about this phone is the screen size.
wifi calling is enabled but doesn't work. In multiple locations with good wifi and always encounter problems with txts stuck on sending and "waiting for mobile network". On ATT, I could put phone in airplane mode, activate wifi and it would force calls/txts to go over wifi, but this doesn't work on cricket.
