My phone is only a few weeks old and is very slow! It takes 20-30 seconds from the time I hit the text message button to pull up the text message screen, and another 20-30 seconds from when I hit the “+” sign to begin a new message, until the screen appears for me to start typing the new message.It also takes the same 20-30 seconds from when I hit the camera button until a screen appears to take the picture.Tried restarting the phone and the issue persists……………….Any help or suggestion is much appreciated!Thank you!
Been enjoying this phone for over a year & a half without any issues. Out of nowhere, upon turning my phone on this morning, it on shows a black screen asking me to accept, "Cricket Wi-Fi Manager License" Of which, I've been trying to do so (clicking onto I Agree) the phone remains 'locked' & will not allow me to go any further.The phone rings, I can't answer it. I hear chats coming through, can't open them up to see. It remains locked onto that screen & can't or won't go further.Not sure what to do here....
So one of the phones on our plan is about at end of life, it's very difficult to charge and getting a bit slow.We own another phone that is not in use that is newer (there's a longer story behind it) and we're considering moving the line to that phone so we can get rid of the current one.Is this something that can be accomplished online thru the website, or would this require a visit to the store? I'm guessing I just need a new SIM card for the "new" phone, but not sure if it's considered an upgrade or just a transfer.Thank you.
Cricket Wireless Affordable Connectivity Program signup: got a link by text that fails to connect. I have asked the bot to text me a link many times. The link doesn’t go to an application, but a blank white screen.
My girlfriend recently upgraded her phone to the dream 5g and it has been working great for the last month plus, now couple days ago all of a sudden her data won't connect. We have restarted the phone, tuned data off and on, reset all the data settings, called customer support and ran through thier troubleshooting steps and the best we can get is for it to work for a couple minutes and go right back to nothing, on the $60 max unlimited plan and just started our billing cycle. Customer support said take it in to a store, when we called the local store only thing they could do is swap the Sim card which we plan on doing my next day off, im thinking this may be a shot in the dark but is this an issue anyone else has had? And if so how was it fixed. My Samsung A52 5g works just fine right next to it, same plan as hers. Trying to avoid a full on hard reset of th3 phone..
I now have two screenshots of this irritating feature I can't seem to figure out how to disable. I'm using a pretty new LG Fortune 3, running Android version 10.What happens is, I'll be using some app, maybe scrolling or otherwise interacting with it, when suddenly, my app is pulled down to the lower 3/4, 2/3, or lower 1/2 of the screen, leaving the upper portion of the screen as black, with small print saying "tap here to go to full screen."What is this "feature" called, and how do I disable it? I took my sim card from my one plus 7 pro which worked perfectly fine for over a year on cricket and put it in another one plus 7 pro (exact same phone). Now cricket says this phone is not compatible with the network and is trying to sell me a different phone. Been a customer for over 5 years and this is the thanks you get. Stay away from cricket. I'll be outside the store all weekend telling people about how horrible this company and to run away.
Hi Folks,Recently purchased a Moto e5 Cruise. Trying to install Yahoo mail app and it won't work. By that I mean I download & install the app. Open the app, at the prompt I enter email address for my existing Yahoo account. I press the "next" button and nothing happens. It is supposed to go to an enter password screen but it just stays at the user name prompt. The button flashes briefly then just stays same page. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it several times. Tried all reasonable variations of my user name (w/out @, etc), looked all over the web, nada. Any ideas here? Gmail works fine as do all other apps and features. I am stumped.

BUT SINCE IM OUT ROUGHLY $1000.00 INCLUDING THE PHONE I WAS A LIL UPSET AND WAS NOT GETTING HERLPED.
I was having issues connecting to my icloud email while using Outlook. Off my 5 email accounts, 4 worked, but the icloud on did not when I was using the mobile hot spot. After speaking with customer service for quite a while, there was still no solution. However, long story short, after fumbling around, I did end up solving the problem. I logged onto the device user interface online (hotspot.webui) and under the security option, clicked to allow email (Initially, only http and https were clicked to allow). That seemed to do the trick.
Even when I toggle the Call Defense feature to 'off' , it goes back to 'on'. I use my Android phone for business and accept up to 40 incoming phone calls a day.Call Defense is blocking all of these customer incoming phone calls. I've been to a cricket store, got a new phone, a new phone number and 24 hours later it's back to doing the same exact thing. No one else on my plan has this issue. Can someone help? I can't work until this problem is fixed. Thank you.
My current phone sucks. It is an att go phone, that i purchased when my other phone broke. I had to get an att phone because the Cricket store was closed because of the coronavirus. And all Walmart had left was AT&t phones for $35 it's a piece of crap. Anyway I went online and I ordered a new phone. I did not get the one I wanted because I didn't have the money at the time. Anyway the phone I ended up ordering is the exact same phone just a different name as a AT&t phone which is a total piece of crap. I haven't even activated it yet. I want to know if i can I send it back and order a new phone and just pay the difference for my upgrade?
All of a sudden neither my husband's phone or my phone have service. Bill is paid and not due for another 2 weeks. Since it's the same time on 2 devices this is not a sim card issue. I can't make calls, receive calls, no texts, nothing. What can be done to fix this? I like cricket and left boost mobile because their service sucked. I don't want to find another service again.
So switched to cricket yesterday brought my unlocked moto g stylus with me. I can make calls and receive regular and picture messages but I seem to be unable to receive gifs. All software is up to date, I've uninstalled messages and reinstalled, set it as primary message app and still not receiving gifs. Does anyone know how I can fix this? It was never an issue on my old carrier. To clarify I can send gifs but can't receive them
I purchased this LG 6 one week ago in March of 2021 I can connect it to my Bluetooth perfect it will let me make calls and receive calls but if I send myself a message and I walk in the car and it's playing my tune as soon as the car starts my messaging and my emails are all silent I've called LG I've gone to cricket I have a Lincoln and I called them it's definitely a problem with the phone my car is 10 years old I've had flip phones ZTE phones everything alerted me on the phone with my email and messaging this one I get no alerts for emails or messaging if I go to volume the only sound I hear is the ringing of the phone no other sounds can someone help me LG doesn't know what they're talking about
