I'm very confused, how can an unlocked Motorola Edge 5g UW (originally from Verizon) not be compatible with Cricket? It has both 4g and 5g capability, so why would this phone be impacted by the 3g system? I'm trying to gift this phone to someone who is in need, but if it won't work on Cricket, this won't work. This is a really nice phone, only a year old, why wouldn't Cricket be able to use this phone?
I uploaded 2 years worth of screenshots of my girlfriend and myself to the myPhotoVault cloud using a pretty good data network and I separated the photos between her and me, creating 2 albums. Everything worked and worked well. Now, have gone through 2-3 phone's and just wanna see my girl, but neither the album of me or the album of her function. HELP!
Good Morning, I have an Alcatel Verso. I barely get 4g speeds, it says its LTE, yet it is always painfully slow. I understand its a cheap budget phone, but that doesn’t mean I’m suppose to get 3g speeds. Along with that I’ve dug into reviews, along with other websites and found that it does not support HD Voice. Will I get a discount for upgrading, not just the $100 off. Im going to be frank, I see other carriers that offer better deals for people who trade up and stay on their service. I’ve been a AT&T customer for 6 years, 5 of that with Cricket, which I wasn’t able to get a deal because I was switching from the parent company.

If I go to my bedroom Firefox *might load* the webpage, and then I might get a “page can’t be displayed message”. And then sometimes after hitting refresh 5 or 6 times, the webpage will load. When standing in the living room, my bars will go from 3 to 2 ,to 1, to 3 ,to 1 to 2, and repeat… Call Quality: No issues. I live in a VERY AT&T area.. I would say 97 to 98% of the people here are on ATT…. I only live about 5 to 6 miles outside of town in the country.Yes we have a metal roof on our house… But so do some of our other family members, I haven’t heard them complain…. but , then again I think that they’re on a AT&T contract though. Right now I have an old Stylo 2 phone and starting to need an upgrade. I have been a member of Cricket for a while and know that we don't really get perks of free decent upgrades. So is it better to buy from cricket or shop around and find a better deal on a phone that will work with cricket?
I have 54 phone numbers blocked with an area code like mine and still get calls all the time. Got 2 in the last 15 mins. I have HiYa and know where on my Cricket phone for blocking an area code or number but that sure doesn't work on my phone. Its OLD......
No resolution.. spoke to5 people and explained about 10x my issue! One of which was a “manager Javiere” worst provided the worst CS amongst all rep. I changed my mind about receiving my untimely delivery of phone, long story short. Never activated phone, i refused phone before it arrived! CS “La” lied that i would be refunded . All i wanted was refund to my account for total charges and cricket to take back their crappy phone that i have had less than 24hrs.

On Saturday May 11, 2019 I plugged in the headphones and it will not connect to hear anything. So on Sunday being Mother's Day I didn't got to the store location to switch the phone I preferred to spend that time with my mother. Knowing that I have 7 days to switch it, I called the store when I got off work on Monday May 13, 2019 @5:00 p.m. I was then told by the rep/store manager Amber S that sold me the phone that I had 7 days. Because I made my purchase at 5:10 and it is 5:23 I am over my 7 days time frame. So then I called the 611 as she stated I will have to do because her manager stated they will not switch the phone out because I am after the 7 day. That is the most dumbest I have ever heard of that if it is at the time on the receipt it

I have a recently purchased, unlocked Pixel 3a. Data and texting work fine, but I can neither place nor receive calls. Occasionally a call will come through, but the person on the other end can't hear me speak. sometimes I am able to place a single call right after restarting the device, but subsequent calls fail.I have spoken with support a couple times already, and confirmed that my SIM card is fine by testing it in another phone. I have also manually entered APN settings according to Cricket's instructions.
Cricket sales reps surely knew LG was pulling out of the cell phone market on April 2. Yet they didn't warn me as I struggled to find a new phone. What happens to LG users? If we have to get a different phone do we get credit for this soon to be unsupported phone?
We have 5 users on our account the phones work fine for calls and data every where except where we live.At our home data works fine but no one can reach us. it is possible to call out some times, it is time of day dependent and forget it on weekends.We always have over 3 bars even have tried a booster which made no difference.I have seen others with similar problems on this group but I have never seen a real resolution.We have gone thorough the full tech support phone call with no resolution. They opened a advanced ticket but it never happened because they could not call me, duh no one can, so they closed the ticket.Has any one actually resolved this problem ?We have been Cricket customers for 5 years with no problem, we were quite happy with the service actually, the problem started about 9 months ago. We are about out of patience and need to resolve the problem one way or another.
