I paid $100 for my plan and another hundred for this piece of junk so if anybody knows please please let me know thank you thank you for your time
I just recently bought a new phone from Cricket but notice that the ring time on this phone is less than on my previous phone which was on a different carrier. I looked up online how to increase ring tone time but when I tried it on my phone it said that call forwarding on my phone is disabled. Apparently in order to increase ring tone time you have to dial call forwarding which involves dialing **61* and some other numbers. But I am unable to do that on this phone,. So I was wondering how I may extend the ring tone time on my phone as most of the time when it rings it hangs up before I am able to get to it.
When I get a voicemail , sometimes it will say the voicemail is from a friend but when I click on the VM to hear it , it will be from the doctors office, not the person it is showing that suposably left the message. It does this a lot so I'm not sure what's going on and it does this a lot. Can someone tell me how to fix this issue? My phone is a lg stylo 4.
For the past 3 days, when I use Google Assistant to verbally create a text message, I get the error:"Cricket here. We are sorry but your text message failed. Your destination is not supported from your current location." This happens while I am driving to or from work (and I have never had this problem in the past 18 months of driving to work). It happens at home. It happens when texting family members. I have a Samsung S9. I am using Google's Messages. According to the Play Store, I have the most current version.Any idea what is going on?
the Moto G Power is sold by Cricket. The IMEI number for my BYOD Moto G Power checks out as “Yay! Your XT2041-4 is compatible!” The Moto G Power is literally listed by Cricket as a phone that supports Cricket’s mobile hotspots with an eligible plan.Nowhere I could find (guess I should have checked here instead of the information coming from Cricket directly) is the fact that my Cricket mobile hotspot will NOT support my Moto G Power because I didn’t buy it from Cricket. Different answers from customer service on every call, although at least they all tried to sell me a phone. Cricket was unwilling to help, despite the fact that I could have had them send me a free Moto G Power literally four days earlier when I activated the lineThe hell of this is that it is evident from this forum that this is known issue, yet Cricket continues to put out misleading information. This is how you lose a customer not for today, but for the next 40 years.
I am on my second icon 2 phone after replacing the original under the warranty. The original dropped my call with roadside service 5 times while stranded on the side of the road with my child. This was the biggest of many issues and unacceptable.I was hopeful it was just that one....it is not. Terrible phone. Drops calls. Doesn't send texts. Texts not received. Apps shut off. And on and on.Funny that you can no longer leave a review on cricket for this model, and every response from them is that there is a one year warranty. Your warranty is useless when it is the model that is the problem. You need to stop selling this junk phone cricket!
I was a long time att customer and switched when a cheaper plan came to town that happened to be related to att. I should have known it wasn't going to go well. Yesterday as I'm working away my Motorola G 7 started to act strange. First no texting then no internet and so on till I don't have anything usable on my phone. A phone I paid $200 for 5 months ago. Do I called cricket today because they don't have customer service past 7 or some stupid thing. Anyway I get someone I could barely understand and she explains my phone has been phazed out. It is basically a dinosaur. No service will be available either my phone. I was shocked and asked how long did cricket know that the phone I bought would be placed out? He explained that updates and the 3g network had been planned on discontinuing for over a year that he knew of. I asked why they sold me a phone they knew would be useless in 6 months. They said because its a popular phone. I can not believe this! And no they will not give me a n
Why does the 5g network that is out now being so shitty as of recently?I go from 5g one minute to LTE then to 4g the nxt. I want to either get this fix or yall need to stop advertising that yall have the best 5g network until u can get this fix cause it messes up my game and thats the whole reason y i went with this phone is for the faster network and storage space.
So switched to cricket yesterday brought my unlocked moto g stylus with me. I can make calls and receive regular and picture messages but I seem to be unable to receive gifs. All software is up to date, I've uninstalled messages and reinstalled, set it as primary message app and still not receiving gifs. Does anyone know how I can fix this? It was never an issue on my old carrier. To clarify I can send gifs but can't receive them
This is the list of compatible Motorola phones from this link:https://www.cricketwireless.com/support/great-big-network/compatible-phones.htmlMotorola g6 Forge Motorola moto e5 CRUISE Motorola moto e5 SUPRA Motorola moto g7 SUPRAThese phones are already old! If you buy a newer Motorola phone that does support VoLTE (HD Voice) your line will be disabled, and you will need to go back-and-forth with support to get them to activate it. The T-Mobile network (includes Mint Mobile and Metro PCS) has the same VoLTE requirements but they have a much bigger list that includes newer phones.I personally bought a Motorola One Zoom, and was told by Cricket support that it wasn’t compatible because it “didn’t support VoLTE.” So I returned that phone. The One Zoom was a last-gen phone. Doing some research I saw the Motorola G7 phones were “compatible,” but those phones are 2 years old. Surely the G9 plus would be compatible, and it supports VoLTE. Nope. I purchased it, and I had to go through
