I have been a loyal customer with you guys for over 5 years (even when your service barely worked in many areas). I have always paid for my monthly services early and have also had the same phone for those 5 years so I am in desperate need of a new one. I found one that I like on the Cricket site for $69.99 but when I added it to my cart and went to check out it says the cost is $99.99. Since I am not a new customer, I am not eligible for the special price. Thank you Cricket for not making me feel special for my loyalty and I will be discontinuing my services at the end of my billing period.Disappointed ex-loyal Customer😡
I have never been so disappointed with my Cricket service I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years and referred other friends and family to not be able to get my tethering hotspot on my ZTE axon phone which Cricut does not offer for a purchase I still keep Cricket as my service I had to tethering once I purchase the phone and removed it to not being formed by customer service that once I remove the tethering because of my ZTE axon phone I would not be able to reinstate the tethering hotspot this is not acceptable for a loyal customer for over 8 years I'm sure I'm not the only one that's upset about not being able to get the hotspot or the tethering on other phones again this is not great customer service this needs to be brought to the attention of crickets president and I know that I am not the only one that will stop using and referring people to Cricket if this is not changed immediately.
Hello,I bought an LG Stylo 3 yesterday. We went to a Cricket Store to get it. The representative made a mistake, that caused my other phone to be disconnected. Then he tried again and he said porting would work. I have waited 24 hours and porting has been unsuccessful. We also tried switching the Sim but the software crashed and they told me to wait. The error I get is Unable to send Message With Cricket Error 38. Any help is appreciated!
My phone fell off my side table and must have caught something just right as there is a now a small chip on the one edge of the screen. Nothing is affected performance wise, I can just feel the roughness where it chipped. Is there anything I can use, maybe superglue or something, to just fill in the chip so it's not so rough? As I said, I see no issue with performance so I don't need to replace the screen or anything, just basically a cosmetic fix.Thanks.
I recently purchased this phone new and it is AT&T compatible. After switching my SIM card I can call and text but not access anything using data most of the time. A H shows up where the 4G usually is then I am kicked off any apps or sites. I've been to two different cricket stores, no help, even after customer service chatted with the store and reset my network.
First off, I am a network engineer and have been doing it for 16yrs... So as far as my home setup..it is solid.All my other devices including non-cricket phones and Android OS has no problems with WiFi in the house or anywhere else.My ZTE phone from Cricket as of about a week or so ago simply will not stay connected to ANY WiFi hotspot longer than 5 minutes. I do 90% of my work from home and got the message today that I have used 75% of my data.... I never even use 1 GB in a month...let alone 7GB. I noticed that my phone is constantly disconnecting from my WiFi and randomly reconnects when I leave the house and come back.... Connections never last more than 5 minutes before dropping...no matter the signal quality.The router still shows in the list but I have to reconnect to it constantly....and 5 mins later repeat... There are no issues with my home and office network and only this phone is doing this out of the 8 devices on my wireless home network.Is there a way to bypass the Cricket
No resolution.. spoke to5 people and explained about 10x my issue! One of which was a “manager Javiere” worst provided the worst CS amongst all rep. I changed my mind about receiving my untimely delivery of phone, long story short. Never activated phone, i refused phone before it arrived! CS “La” lied that i would be refunded . All i wanted was refund to my account for total charges and cricket to take back their crappy phone that i have had less than 24hrs.
Tried using a new sd card but it wont work. Tried aother new one wouldnt work, only my old one works but cant delete things off it because i have no where to transfer them. The new one i put in and go to me camera it say no external storage available. What do i do to make it work.
I bought a new pop socket for my phone today for $10 and the young man working there put it on for me at my request, he was nice and so was the young lady that was there. But when I got home about an hour later, the pop socket pulled right off the phone. I called the store and told them about it not sticking and that I wanted a refund so I can go buy a different brand or type somewhere else so I can get one that stays stuck on the phone. But I was denied a refund and denied a replacement for it too! I'm extremely dissatisfied with that kind of treatment after being a faithful customer for the last 9 months and paying for something that doesn't work is very upsetting. It was the store in Reseda CA at the intersection of Saticoy and Tampa. I need this corrected or I will have to take my business elsewhere and that would be very disappointing to me. Thank you.
What am I doing wrong. I'm on my second replacement phone, I have the blade x max. It has been the same problem overheating, freezing and sometimes I have to restart it before I can use the phone. The first replacement must have been a refurbished and this one I have now was new out the box. I'm frustrated and disappointed. I love the size of the phone and the service is fine but this phone is giving me so many problems, what can I do?
I recently restarted my phone but after restarting it I have no service at all. I've tried resetting multiple times, turning on/off airplane mode and even taking out/putting back in my sim card. My service was working perfectly fine before in the area where I live.Somone please help!
Whenever we are on the edges of a Cricket reception area, of our three phones our Cricket phone a Cricket ZTE Prelude + gets the best reception compared to our unlocked Nexus 6p or Moto G5 plus. They are all on Band 5, if that is any help.Are the Cricket phones made to work better on the Cricket/AT&T network?Is there some way to improve the reception of non-Cricket unlocked phones? (I find taking them out of their case helps)Thanks so much for any assistance!
Hello, I have read most of the VVM threads here, and have not seen one describe the issue I've noticed for the past 3 months. This is happening on 3 different devices. So I know it's not device related, 2 devices are on Oreo, and the third is on Nougat. I have uninstalled, cleared cache, cleared data, and still the same issue persist with the app. I'm not doing another FR, as I'm sure it is not the issue since it's happening on 3 devices.When I get a voicemail, I play the VM, it'll play for 4 secs exactly, then stop, I then have to hit the play button again for it to start and play fully. This happens on every VM using the app on all 3 devices. I have tried other 3rd party VM apps, many times I don't get the Vmail in time or days later. So I would really like to get this VVM app to work properly, or I'll simply go back to the old system in calling my number to check my messages. In this day and age you figured they be able to resolve these simple issue. Customer support
My wifi keeps disabling. Cricket store said they have had several complaints about the same issue. They reset my network settings. I clicked forget on my home wifi and reentered the password. Wifi works for a couple of minutes and disables again. Already had my provider swap out my modem and router. I saw on the xfinity board while researching this that they are having the same problem with the LG xcharge. Just bought mine about 4 months ago. Bought 4 of them/family members. 2 are having the problem so far. Need help?
I have 2 Alcatel PULSEMIX phones. They were working fine until the point the last Cricket Updates got installed in mid-August. Since then, and exactly then, the battery started to go down within about 5-6 hours, earlier it lived for more than a day with no charge. The phone is hot, sometimes burning my skin when in my pocket. Now both phones are doing the same and as they received the Cricket Updates with about a week difference, I could exactly confirm that the Cricket Updates caused this issue, nothing else has changed. How can I roll back these last updates? Or how can Cricket fix my phones? They are totally useless now, they are always on the charger. and not mobile phones any more. The problematic Update build number is 4F7UCY7.
