today my phone exactly at 11:30 pm randomly shut off wasnt sure where or how it started i was moving my amazon app to my sd card and poof my phone shut off so i took out the battery and updated the software just in case then i tried moving amazon to my sd card poof off again so i had to remove the battery and restart the phone .. i could not tell if its from moving the app to sd card or the phone or the fact that today is the last day of my billing cycle i checked online and cricket wireless indicated " billing running services' why would that shut off my phone ...my phone shut off and i had to put it back on every 12 minute then it stopped then it acted up again then stopped ,this is a new phone i just bought it a few days ago
After almost 3 months of being unable to use phone indoors, no signal, I requested new phone under the 2 year warranty included with the phone. I purchased 2 of these phones at the same time and both have connection issues. i cannot send the 2nd phone in until the 1st phone issue is resolved, so continue to go outdoors to use phone. I received the replacement next day via UPS. Within a day I began having problems, would shut down and restart, would freeze and I would turn airplane mode on/off. But then it shut down with message the data may be corrupted and if a factory reset is done my data may be lost. Called for warranty service again, I had it only a week, learned they sent a remanufactured phone, i.e.., a phone that had already been replaced due to issues, but I was assured it had been repaired and tested. Not! I again sent this phone back and am awaiting my next remanufactured phone. I have no reason to think this is going to go well. I feel I should be provided a NEW phon
We just bought the hotspot box yesterday and are trying to get it set up on the my cricket app so we can track usage and pay the bill. The problem is that when we have them send the passcode to set up the account the hotspot box does not receive the message. We have the box itself set up where i can check messages on the box and no messages whatsoever. We contacted support they hung up on us, we have been to two local cricket stores and they didn't know either. All we need is to receive the passcode from cricket to set up the account on their app. Any suggestions??
Long term user with multiple phones on Cricket. Upgraded one old LG phone/line to a BYOD Moto One Hyper (not 5g model) close to 2 year ago without any problems that wasn't resolved fast by perhaps a restart or closing an app then trying again. But recently having 75% of outgoing SMS / MMS reporting "Message Failed" may send after 3 or 4 attempts by clicking the Retry option. No patterns to suggest only to certain carriers or even on numbers being the issue as they can be resent eventually. Just been informed other contacts having similar problems being unable to message me as often being told Im not available or similar. WIFI 5Ghz also disconnected often from different router or ISP connections I've used for years, though may not be related. Lots of people with SMS issues that are similar and no definitive reason why or answer how it can be resolved. Hello I was given this phone by a friend cuz my phone was broken and the company that I use will not replace my phone and this device seems to be locked still the service that I use is true connect and I'm hoping that I'd be able to switch my SIM card over to this phone will you please be able to help
I'm having signal issues with my phone now for the last 2 days. The phone will lose service randomly and I will only be able to make emergency calls and can send emails over wifi. I can't text or call and can't receive any return. I have tried power cycling phone, taking the sim card out and putting it back in and turning phone back on. Have even tried changing the access point with no luck. What else can I try to get service? My billing cycle doesn't end until the 19th so I know it's not that.
Just got the Pixel 6 Pro, took the sim from my Pixel 5 and put it into the new phone, everything seems fine. Except when I try to turn on the hotspot, it says I need to have a plan for it and says to contact AT&T customer service? In my phone settings, it does say Cricket for network so that's confusing. I do have a plan that includes hotspot. It worked totally fine on my Pixel 5. The lady at the cricket store didn't give a very clear or concise answer, my guess is that she either didn't know how to help or what we were needing or didn't want to deal with us as it was in the last hour of the day. Over 2 weeks ago I went to Cricket app to get unlock codes.never got them. Last week got a case opened, said it would be 3-5 business days. So checked today and was told it will be another 3-5 business days. We don't have phone service now as our cricket expired and we had paid for another carrier, but can't use their sim cards. We meet all criteria and have been paying customers for 10 yrs. What is the problem...by law we were to get our codes within 2 business days
