I just got my new Ovation 2 and did everything right. Transferred my data from my Samsung A11 but not all photos came through and neither did my preferences. My personal (and paid for) wallpaper came through but when I tried to find a way to personalize my home screen, suddenly my wallpaper disappeared and I can’t find it. It seems something called Quickstep decided I needed to have a different wallpaper every day and it seems to have deleted it because I can’t find it anywhere. Its still on my old phone but I can’t find a way to specifically transfer it again. Then I find out Quickstep won’t let me tighten up the icons so I download Microsoft Launcher, which does what I want it to do. But now Quickstep won’t leave me alone and keeps wanting me to put it back in charge. I would like to get my wallpaper and those last photos into the new phone but I don’t know how to do it, nor how to get Quickstep out of my way.
Bought a Moto e5 Cruise in February. According to your e5 cruise support page, there are 2 security updates for this device. One dated Nov. 2018. The other dated Jan. 2019. I have not received any. Still stuck on April 1, 2018. Is it just my phone, or is this a Moto e5 issue?
I need to enter my phone number on my Blizzard account for an added layer of protection. I have the usual contract, pay by the month and can receive texts and all that. However Blizzard tells me that there is a code on my phone put on by Cricket which will not allow my phone to be used on their site. What is this code they are talking about? And can it be taken off? This is my only phone and I really don't want to switch to another plan at the moment. On Blizzard's forum there are many people having the same problem as I am using their Cricket plan phones on their website. Perhaps Cricket can contact Blizzard and figure this out?
I am a consumer of cellular wireless but I am not an engineer or a regulatory quality expert, so my question is what are the health and safety risks to using cellular wireless? I recently found information online that explains in a graph format that cellular networks, wifi, microwave ovens are approximately 3 GHz in frequency and or wavelength of 10cm. Is this bad to the human body? I usually don't keep my cell phone on all day and only use it when needed.
Here's the deal, last year I moved and switched to Cricket. The phone tech at the store set my phone up, a LG G5 formally T-mobile. After I left the store I realized I could not access the internet. I had a good signal and 4g insignia but if I went into my browser and tried a search it would time out or say no connection. Now here is what is weird, if I type in a specific website anything starting with WWW. it will go straight to the website no problem, but then it hangs if I try and navigate any website it will not. Again it will time out or say no connection. Now it is getting internet as I can use messenger, and email. Plus like I said if I type the website page directly it goes. Apps like whatapp still works but with a long delay, ill send a message and it will go but takes a few minutes. Now i can switch the hotspot on and open my laptop and connect to my phone and use its data and the laptop internet through the phone also works perfectly so again the phone is receiving internet ju
Has anyone had success getting 5G service on an unlocked Motorola One 5G Ace? I chatted with Cricket Wireless tech support who confirmed that I have 5G service in my area and my phone is compatibile. Then we went through APN setting changes with no success. The service tech told me to call Motorola because it appeared that my phone doesn't have a toggle setting. I then called Motorola and their tech support told me my phone will automatically switch to 5G when the signal strength is good. Any help the community has would be greatly appreciated .
Since March 11th Cricket/AT&T have had a tower or multiple tower damages of some sort. But only today did I find out that much. Phone calls in or out were not possible. WiFi and texting were and are fine. Ping is fine. Unable to talk to anyone online. The local Cricket store I visited tried to convince me my phone was to blame. I bought an unlocked brand new phone on Amazon after being told the Windows phone I had been using for years had no trade in value even though the rep on the phone line said it would if I upgraded to a Motorola. Anyway after a while the clerk in the store sold me a sim card for $10.81. it worked for an hour. I discovered after coming here that Crickes Facebook page could help. It worked. Sort of. At least I found out it was a company technical issue with a tower or many that was at play. Now why for freaking out load could Crickets minion clerk not reveal that? I was after all the only other person in the store. As you can see, there are multiple service opp
Hi, I have a Moto G7 Supra which was purchased from Cricket and I have had it for over 6 months with them. I'm trying to get it unlocked but I'm having problems. When I go to my online account and try, it says I must use the "mycricket app" in order to get the code. If I go to the "mycricket app" and try, it says "sorry this device cannot be unlocked.I believe I meet all eligibility requirements as I have been paying for over 6 months now and it's a Cricket phone paid in full with no restrictions that I know of.

My phone is listed as not compatible but it meets all of the requirements. It’s 4G LTE and HD Voice-capable. I’ve actually set it up and used it with WiFi calling. The phone is only a few years old. There must have been some mistake at Cricket. How to I get Cricket to revisit this phone and update the compatibility list to include it? This Moto G Plus (5th Gen), CO128983645 XT1687
I have 54 phone numbers blocked with an area code like mine and still get calls all the time. Got 2 in the last 15 mins. I have HiYa and know where on my Cricket phone for blocking an area code or number but that sure doesn't work on my phone. Its OLD......

I just bought my daughter and I new phones at the end of February. Both are Cricket LG Risio 4’s. These phones do not stay connected to the internet. We have 10 gb of data each and I blew threw mine in less than 10 days. She is almost at her 10. We have home wifi that we connect to and for whatever reason these phones are constantly losing connection to our wifi. We have reset our internet modem and router multiple times. We have tried the static method and also the dynamic method. We have forgotten the network and reset it multiple times. I am just at a loss what to do. This is 2 phones and they are horrible with our network connection. I should mention that we have 3 other phones with cricket and not a single issue with them being connected to out home wifi connection. Does anyone have any suggestions? I wanted to see if anyone knows a work around or a way to fix before I spent countless hours on the phone with tech who may or may not be able to help. If it was only 1 phone I could s
For the last 24 hours the service from cricket wireless has been snail slow. My plan is unlimited data and has been fast since I've had it. Now me and other cricket users are having such low speeds that it's unreadable. None of us are over our data limit and never had a problem during high traffic. What's going on and are you guys fixing it?
So I don't know if this is happening to anyone else but I switched to cricket about 2 weeks ago . Since then my phone that I brought with me has been getting really hot and the battery is dieing way faster than normal. I used to be able to make it to at least 12:30 pm with 62%. Now I'm plugging in my phone every 25 minutes because it's dieing so fast... Help??
