text notifications

I am missing text bc i am not receiving notifications. No sound, vibration or notification at top of screen.  Very frustratec.  I have even talked to manager at local store but problem is not resolved.  Recently upgraded phones still didn't help.  Uninstalling and reinstalling app works for a short time.

Stylo 5 Freezing up

I have deleted unused apps, data & anything else I can think of but my stylo 5 keeps freezing, hangs, and/ or lags. Any ideas? I'm going crazy! Or maybe it's the universe telling me to switch over to the iPhone sitting on my table?!

Emergency alerts

Even though both Cricket and Motorola support presidential alerts I also do not receive them.  In my app settings presidential alerts and the ability to turn them off and on is shadowed out yet I have full access to other types of alerts: weather, Amber, state/local alerts, etc.  I have made numerous calls about this only to be hung up on or told because my number is registered with the Federal Do Not Call list.  To say I am frustrated about this is like calling Biden a president.

WiFi Calling - "Please try again later"

Brand new Moto G Stylus phone from Cricket.In areas where cellular service isn’t great… but there is marginal signal.Turn on WiFi calling, and it always says "Please try again later".Tried turning phone to “airplane mode”, then turn on WiFi… get the same message.Rebooting phone… doesn’t help.Call to support… I might as well have gone through the Burger King drive through and asked for help.Yes, WiFi is solid… no problem accessing websites.  Have tried via different WiFi networks… same results.  Do have another softphone app on the Moto… it works fine.Any thoughts?

I have the dream 5 and the mobile data button in settings cannot be turned on?  It's grey does anyone have a clue I have restarted I have chatted nothing woks and my internet is so slow and that has to be the reason??  Any thoughts??🥴

BEWARE of 5g upgrade

BEWARE- BEWARE-BEWARE-I love Cricket- left once and came back. I pay for 7 (SEVEN) lines!! I am very frustrated right now, I have never turned anyone into the BBB but I am thinking on this.My phone broke, placed my SIMS in another phone. My phoneline was suspend for “not being 5G”. Okay, go to local store- “we are waiving upgrade fee”, okay. We leave the store. My son gets a  call from same store stating that my account is eligible for a free phone upgrade, come back and pick out the phone, will only need to pay taxes.Myself and my son go to the store, my son (who had removed his SIMS card the day before) picks out and obtains his 5g phone.I pick out phones for the other 2 lines that need upgraded. They are not ringing up as free, so I choose the other one. They have to order them, okay. Still no phone service. They will call “ tomorrow or next day, we will call you when they come in”.Four days later, I call to check. Oh yeah, they are here, they came in yesterday, sorry nobody called

unable to update android phone until disabling cricket sim

I have been checking for updates for my Nokia xr20 since I switched to cricket and it consistently says that "updates are temporarily unavailable, please try again later." Since I knew there was an update available, I was able to finally download it by completely disabling my cricket sim and checking on wifi. Even using WiFi with cricket still enabled would not let me check and give the same error. Why would they be blocking android security updates??

I may consider changing provider due to lack of agent empathy

I have been a customer since April 2021;  but on Sunday night my worst nightmare came to fruition. I use apps like Doordash to earn a living; and Sunday night while on a delivery the app crashed.In a panic, I force stopped the app then restarted my phone. However, I was unable to remember a pattern I had created the day before to unlock my phone; due to concerns about Android devices being vulnerable to data breaches, I decided to create an additional level of security Because Cricket was unable to help me, I had to contact LG in order to do a hard reset. Again I did this out of desperation without realizing that my data would be lost. Once this was completed, I have been having problems getting back in because I forgot my Google password. I understand that this is out of Cricket’s hands, but I visited the store to see if they had a way to work around this. Unfortunately, the in-store representative was very condescending, claiming that I should have never performed a hard reset. Becau

   The ovation fone  is a POS. This is the 4 attempt. To. Get this  out. Dropped calls. Apps. Crashing.    Span.  Messages. From att&t. Saying. Over billed.  Countless. Many more.  Employees. Don't care.  I was told. It's a. Virus. An to. Factory reset.  Doesn't work.every problem.  Others. Are haveing.   Are the same. Ones I have.  So it's a virus.  Gorilla. Glass. They installed.  Bubbled. An  the  POS. Glass. Cracked.  It's not. Coverd.   I am unhappy.  With this fone.  For it being 7 months old.   An. File. Not. Found. Keeps. Cricket Ovation

When I first got my cricket ovation phone, on Dec. 2020, I was playing around with it to see what it would do. I created an animated emoji that looked like a monster.   I made the recording and it spoke on my phone. I tried to send it but now it is no longer animated. I don't even know how I created it, and I can't find out how to recreate it. Does anyone know where this option is using a cricket ovation phone?

Let's stand up against Cricket's unlawful suspensions of personal phone lines

Cricket claims to shut down its 3G network in February 2022. And for that Cricket has been suspending phone lines used in devices that Cricket deemed incompatible. Actually, not all those devices are incompatible with Cricket’s 4G LTE and HD Voice Calling. It is just they are not in Cricket;s short limited compatible list.If your line is suspended, like mine and many others’, then congratulations, you will need find a appropriate time to contact customer support and ask them to unsuspend it for you. Even more surprises, if you do not use the line in a compatible device they recognize, your line will get suspended again just in a few hours. And you will need to do this again. This never ends, until you get a new phone with Cricket.Switching the SIM card into a compatible phone does not solve the suspension issue. You will have to talk to customer support, no other way.But why the heck should Cricket be allowed to suspend costumer’s phone line? It is a violation of consumers’ rights. We
