Call audio is just a bunch of digital noise
This is a complaint about recent call quality issues. We have three cricket cell phone lines on three different Android phones. All three have had this problem. We go to make a call and all you hear is digital noise. You cannot make out any words or any other sounds, though there are pauses in the noise where there is little to no sound. If we reboot the phone, or switch airplane mode on/off the problem seems to go away. It really seems like a network/tower problem. How do I report this problem as there are no support areas for call quality issues? We have been using Cricket for at least 2 years, and this problem has just started within the last few weeks.
Unlock question - MyCricket App not working
I am traveling to Europe for two weeks in August and would like to unlock my phone, so I can use a local Travelers SIM card. When I try to unloick online, it tells me I need to use the MyCricket App.The MyCricket app always crashes on my Moto G7 phone. It is unusable.Can anyone help me? Thanks.
Damaged phone out of box in the store
I bought a Motorola G7 Supra and it was scratched when the manager opened the box to show me it, she said they didn't have any more in stock,and I couldn't exchange it for a another. She said it takes along time to order a new one and she would message me as soon as it was delivered to the store. I never received a message or a call. I went to the store last weekend and manager wasn't there. The lady working took my # and said she'd have manager call me, I went back today and the manager said she can't exchange it because it's been over 7 days. I called customer support and talked to 2 different people and the both said this wasn't my fault and they had to replace my phone but her and her manager said no. I also talked to the warranty Dept. And she said it's bad service for them not to replace my phone like the manager said she would and the manager should've never sold me a phone that was scratched to begin with. So the phone got suspended and I got the number underspend by registering a broken phone with the Sim, is there any way to be able to use the original phone that was suspended for data usage again since the one we had to use to unsuspend the line is broken.
LG G6 will not register to network unless setting is kept on 3G/2G
Starting from 2 days ago, my unlocked LG G6 which I brought over from T-Mobile wouldn't connect to the cricket network.I had just switched and everything was fine with LTE and for 3 weeks. But then suddenly I couldn't connect at all. Wasn't getting any bars, it just kept doing the search icon. I restarted the phone numerous times and checked the simcard too; but nothing.Then on a hint from the web, I read to try changing the network settings in the phone from "Auto LTE/3G/2G" to "Auto 3G/2G". Then it worked! The icon stopped spinning and I got bars, and the small pop up said I was now registered to network. I thought that maybe fixed everything so I went back into settings and changed it back to the original "Auto LTE/3G/2G", but the exact problem of no bars not connecting to a network happened again. Obviously, I need to be able to make calls and receive texts so I had to switch it back to "Auto 3G/2G" so that my phone would work. But is
VOICE DELAY ON CALLS
I have been a customer of Cricket for years, with great success. I have 2 lines.One Cricket phone (716-649-6000) is used for business. When business calls come in (each day)...they are FORWARDED to one of my staff. The call forwarding feature (and voice) has always worked perfectly, for many years. No issues.PROBLEM: Within the last 6 months or so...when a forwarded call comes in, there is a significant voice delay between two parties.It's much like on a national newscast...when the anchor person is talking to another reporter on the other side of the earth, and there are delays before the messages are heard by each party.In over 12+ years, we have never, ever had an issue (with forwarded calls on 716-649-6000)...until now. Getting rid of Xfinity screen
How do I get rid of the Xfinity screen permanently so it won't keep popping up from time to time?Brand new Moto G7 Supra just purchased from Cricket and activated last night.I don't have an Xfinity account and don't want one. Don't see anything about Xfinity in settings or list of apps. Screen has both the Comcast and Cricket Wireless logos.
Contact names not showing up
I have a new phone (Moto G7 Supra) and my calls are only displaying with the contact's number (555-867-5309) and not their name - I almost ignored my wife's call, because I didn't instantly recognize her number.I'm on the phone all day, but I can't afford to screen my calls - is there a way to get the Contact Name to display for incoming and outgoing calls?
No Flash Notification For Hearing Impaired
I've got Acetel Onyx phone running Android 8.1. I've noticed not just my phone but other Cricket phones have the same features. One thing I'm missing is in Accessibility option... There's no option to use "Flash Notification" for the hearing impaired. I'm going nuts! Can anybody help or get this feature in the next update?
ZTE Maven 3 QWERTY Keyboard
So I was looking for a setting on my ZTE Maven 3 and I turned on Developer Mode (not by accident, purposely). I couldn't find the setting I was looking for on my phone so I turned Developer Mode off. After I did that my keyboard switched from the QWERTY keyboard to the ABCDEF keyboard. It's driving me crazy, because it's taking forever for me to text on my phone. What's the easiest way for me to get my keyboard back to the QWERTY keyboard settings? Thanks!
Messages App Conversation Showing Wrong Picture
Hi,I have a Moto e Supra (give or take a letter or two).In my messaging app (Android not Facebook) conversations the image next to my posts is not showing correctly. It's actually showing my son's phone image. Not sure how it happened.Where is the setting for messaging image and how do I change it?TIA

On Saturday May 11, 2019 I plugged in the headphones and it will not connect to hear anything. So on Sunday being Mother's Day I didn't got to the store location to switch the phone I preferred to spend that time with my mother. Knowing that I have 7 days to switch it, I called the store when I got off work on Monday May 13, 2019 @5:00 p.m. I was then told by the rep/store manager Amber S that sold me the phone that I had 7 days. Because I made my purchase at 5:10 and it is 5:23 I am over my 7 days time frame. So then I called the 611 as she stated I will have to do because her manager stated they will not switch the phone out because I am after the 7 day. Not receiving pictures or group messages
Hi I'm new to Cricket and have a Moto e Supra and I can't receive group messages or pictures sometimes I get one but not the rest of the people in the group. And I can't receive pictures when I first started they worked now they are not I checked my settings and they are correct help as I'm very fustrated.
LG Harmony 2 will not access Internet either WiFi or Mobile data
After using Airplane mode yesterday about an hour later I lost Mobile Data connection and have not been able to get connected to the Internet either from WiFi or Mobile Data. I have completed Level 1 troubleshooting(APN settings, start/restart, etc) Please help.Thank you.

CHUWI Hi9 Pro 8.4" 4G LTE Tablet Unlocked. Seems like only gremlins know if a device will work or not? Always geared to the IMEI code. I don't have that and will not purchase if now compatible with Cricket. Carriers point me to Chuwi and Chuwi points me toward carriers? How can I confirm or deny that this device will actually work? Seems silly to buy the device only to discover it doesn't work! Thanks.
Unable to download update
Less than 2 months ago I bought a new Nokia 3.1 Plus running Android Pie. So far I've been able to download 2 updates with no problems. Yesterday another one popped up and I haven't been able to download it. I keep getting this message "Previous DM session is still working. Please try again later." I searched online, didn't find much. I did find that DM stands for Device Management and supposedly means something running in the background. I turned off all of my backups. Still the same message. Has anyone ran into this problem before? Or anyone have a fix? Cricket CS was no help as usual and told me to contact the manufacturer, even though it does state Cricket Wireless software update.
