Moto G 7 Supra will not log in to cricket wireless network
I purchased Moto G 7 Supra, activated at a local franchise dealer. The moment I got home, I realized something was amiss Will only make/receive call/text when the WiFi calling is toggled on and I am signed on a wi fi network. I chatted for more than 3 hours with Cricket and Moto people. I heard everything from wait 24 hours for the system to catch up to a local tower was undergoing maintenance, to not worry, it will be good in a couple of days. Cricket chat team had me go over the usual troubleshooting up to and including factory reset. When I power the phone, 'commserver has started' appears. The phone reads Cricket on the upper right screen, the upper left has zero bars for signal service Any function I attempt using any Cricket app is rejected. I put a working Cricket sim from another active cricket phone. Still no relief. Now the dramaI do not trust the dealer I purchased the phone
Phone no longer working!
I've had this phone for three years, longer than the warranty will cover I know, so I can't get it repaired, but my phone has been acting weird since I first bought it. At first, I wrote it off because I didn't exactly know what a phone did, or what it was, it was my first phone! Then it started to get periodic, when my phone would hit 20 or so percent, it will go down in a matter of seconds to 0 percent! Or when I was charging it for 24 hours, it wouldn't charge, with several different but the same manufactured charger provided with the product! I had to do a factory reset on my own phone because they wouldn't cover the repair cost! I had to manually fix my SIM card because they said I would have to pay money to repair it! I have to fix my own phone in order to use it! Never buying an LG phone again and certainly won't be buying it from cricket, the service is horrible!
MMS not working unless 4G is fully engaged in upload/download mode - Help, please
I have an LG G4, with the latest version of Messages app installed. My attempts to resolve my issue also included checking the settings for the Network Access Point where I have made sure my settings match what the cricketwireless website state the settings should be.It takes hours -and days- to get MMS group messaging to download. I am beyond frustrated and thinking to cancel my Cricket subscription. Group MMS is a fundamental piece of my cell phone communications.What else I can fix/set/reconfigure on my phone to get MMS to work more reliably? If this is a cell coverage problem, how can I determine that?Thanks in advance
Ripped off of 180$?
I bought a Motorola g7 supra from cricket online, and it had a light crack on the bottom of the screen, so I sent it back and bought a couple others, one for me and one for my dad. they apparently received the phone, but are refusing to refund my 180$. how do I get my refund? I've been at this for over a month now and I feel like they stole $180 from me even after they said they would refund it after they received the phone. I supplied the tracking number, original card used to make the transaction, I still have the bank statement, everything. and they are playing dumb everytime I call customer service and sending me around from one person to another and giving me different stories. I figured this would be my last resort to see if someone could help me out before I take this to the better business bureau and then small claims court
Buying cricket phone from Walmart
Hello.. I am an existing customer now for years using cricket wireless. I just saw a new "Cricket Moto G6" phone on sale at Walmart.Question : Can I just buy this phone from Walmart and take my existing Cricket Sim card from my current Alcatel Idol 3 phone and activate the new Cricket Moto G6 phone ? Or do I need another Sim card from Cricket or Walmart? Would be nice to avoid the $25 fee from cricket. Also the fact the new Walmart phone says "Cricket Moto G6" would that cause a problem? Visual Voicemail not working, seemingly after app update
I currently have a LG Escape 3 and up until recently I liked the Visual Voicemail app that was on the phone. However, it appears to have been updated as recently as two days ago and now it no longer works.When I get voicemails, they no longer are accessible thru Visual Voicemail, and if I try to check the "Greeting" it just spins forever and if I go back to the Settings page I get this constant "Unavailable at this time" message at the bottom of the screen..I just wondered if it was an issue with the app, my phone, and if I'm going to need to factory reset it or not to get it to work again? Which models of the LG V20 are compatible with Cricket
Shopping around for phones and I like the V20, and I know some are compatible, but there's several models with differences. I need to know which model(s) are supported so I can buy it. This is a thread asking for advice BEFORE I purchase a device, do not ask or suggest anything requiring an IMEI number which requires already having the device.
Coverage in Evanston
When ever I go to work in Evanston, I never get any service, it doesn't even show that I can call and text. But, on the coverage map it shows that it is covered by LTE. Why am I not getting my data? I'm up to date on payments, and I haven't used all of my high speed, so why aren't I getting coverage?
Damaged phone out of box in the store
I bought a Motorola G7 Supra and it was scratched when the manager opened the box to show me it, she said they didn't have any more in stock,and I couldn't exchange it for a another. She said it takes along time to order a new one and she would message me as soon as it was delivered to the store. I never received a message or a call. I went to the store last weekend and manager wasn't there. The lady working took my # and said she'd have manager call me, I went back today and the manager said she can't exchange it because it's been over 7 days. I called customer support and talked to 2 different people and the both said this wasn't my fault and they had to replace my phone but her and her manager said no. I also talked to the warranty Dept. And she said it's bad service for them not to replace my phone like the manager said she would and the manager should've never sold me a phone that was scratched to begin with. ZTE Grand X4 update problems
I have a ZTE Grand X4 and after a forced update my phone has lost the ability to access the gallery in any way, the play store crashes at start up, the camera crashes when I take pictures, and Finally the battery Is draining at About 1% a minute. Anything I can do to fix this?

So the phone got suspended and I got the number underspend by registering a broken phone with the Sim, is there any way to be able to use the original phone that was suspended for data usage again since the one we had to use to unsuspend the line is broken.
LG G6 will not register to network unless setting is kept on 3G/2G
Starting from 2 days ago, my unlocked LG G6 which I brought over from T-Mobile wouldn't connect to the cricket network.I had just switched and everything was fine with LTE and for 3 weeks. But then suddenly I couldn't connect at all. Wasn't getting any bars, it just kept doing the search icon. I restarted the phone numerous times and checked the simcard too; but nothing.Then on a hint from the web, I read to try changing the network settings in the phone from "Auto LTE/3G/2G" to "Auto 3G/2G". Then it worked! The icon stopped spinning and I got bars, and the small pop up said I was now registered to network. I thought that maybe fixed everything so I went back into settings and changed it back to the original "Auto LTE/3G/2G", but the exact problem of no bars not connecting to a network happened again. Obviously, I need to be able to make calls and receive texts so I had to switch it back to "Auto 3G/2G" so that my phone would work. But is
VOICE DELAY ON CALLS
I have been a customer of Cricket for years, with great success. I have 2 lines.One Cricket phone (716-649-6000) is used for business. When business calls come in (each day)...they are FORWARDED to one of my staff. The call forwarding feature (and voice) has always worked perfectly, for many years. No issues.PROBLEM: Within the last 6 months or so...when a forwarded call comes in, there is a significant voice delay between two parties.It's much like on a national newscast...when the anchor person is talking to another reporter on the other side of the earth, and there are delays before the messages are heard by each party.In over 12+ years, we have never, ever had an issue (with forwarded calls on 716-649-6000)...until now. Getting rid of Xfinity screen
How do I get rid of the Xfinity screen permanently so it won't keep popping up from time to time?Brand new Moto G7 Supra just purchased from Cricket and activated last night.I don't have an Xfinity account and don't want one. Don't see anything about Xfinity in settings or list of apps. Screen has both the Comcast and Cricket Wireless logos.
No Flash Notification For Hearing Impaired
I've got Acetel Onyx phone running Android 8.1. I've noticed not just my phone but other Cricket phones have the same features. One thing I'm missing is in Accessibility option... There's no option to use "Flash Notification" for the hearing impaired. I'm going nuts! Can anybody help or get this feature in the next update?
Contact names not showing up
I have a new phone (Moto G7 Supra) and my calls are only displaying with the contact's number (555-867-5309) and not their name - I almost ignored my wife's call, because I didn't instantly recognize her number.I'm on the phone all day, but I can't afford to screen my calls - is there a way to get the Contact Name to display for incoming and outgoing calls?
ZTE Maven 3 QWERTY Keyboard
So I was looking for a setting on my ZTE Maven 3 and I turned on Developer Mode (not by accident, purposely). I couldn't find the setting I was looking for on my phone so I turned Developer Mode off. After I did that my keyboard switched from the QWERTY keyboard to the ABCDEF keyboard. It's driving me crazy, because it's taking forever for me to text on my phone. What's the easiest way for me to get my keyboard back to the QWERTY keyboard settings? Thanks!
