I been looking at possibly upgrading my phone and didn't really like the options on cricket website, so I been looking at buying a unlocked phone. I stumbled on some website that looks just like Cricket but they claim to be an authorized e retailer For cricket but for BYOD only. They call themselves quality one wireless. They seem to be a legit company according to BBB but wanted to confirmation that they are an authorized e retailer and not some scam company posing as an cricket affiliate. I posted the to the site below link down below of their website. https://q1.cricketwireless.com/shop/
I have a Dream 5G. Slow/intermittent connection and “UI has stopped working” message anytime the phone is turned on. Other issues lead me to believe the phone is corrupted. If I claim it on a warranty (providing I’m able) does Cricket attempt to replace it with the same model or am I allowed to pick out another phone even if I pay any difference?
When will the Moto G power 2022 receive android 12 the Moto website said Android 12 has been released for the g power 2022 and I've checked for updates and have auto update on but my phone is still on Android 11 and the Moto website said 12 rolled out to this model over a month ago
The new earbuds sounded good connected to my 5G. A short time later the volume decreased a lot. My media volume had not changed. Other earbuds work fine, and my new earbuds work fine on another fine. I can not find a setting to control Bluetooth volume. I noticed the phone is Bluetooth 5.1, the earbuds are 5.3. Should they be compatible? Any other advice or help with this is appreciated.
So, I got this phone about 10 months ago, and its been working alright since I have gotten it. I take it with me to highschool and back everyday, take it to work, then go home. Just yesterday however, it stopped working. I figured the battery had died, so I thought I had plugged it in and turned it back on. It turned on, but I didnt realize it wasnt charging. A few moments later, it died again. Now, it wont take charge, and it wont turn on. Ive taken out the battery and put it back in, Ive used 2 different cords on outlets I know work, and I left the phone charging for three hours, no response. Anyone know a fix, or am I just screwed?
I switched to Spectrum from Cricket in December 2022, ostensibly to save money. Unfortunately I was plagged with bad phones. I purchased a Moto G Stylus in 2022. Spectrum said it wasn’t one of their acceptable phones, so I had to settle for an older type Moto G Pure (2021). After 2+ weeks of it not working out of town (in NC) and not having a working SIM card (that’s all on my record), I purchased a ‘NEW” moto Dream 5 G phone at a Raleigh NC Cricket store. It costs me a lot (though being a lower end. I needed a working cellphone for work that weekend)! When SIM card arrived from Cricket online I told Customer Service it was too big. I was told that I’d have to put in in through the back. I pushed did all that I could and couldn’t get the back off. Went to the Cricket store where we agreed the phone was marked not to try to remove the back. Store personnel pointed out the problem wasn’t the size of the SIM card - but that it was encased in a larger piece of cardboard. Phone is ruined. I
Ok so I been getting an error message telling me that my sim card is full. When I go to look into this...I find that my sim card is empty. Wtf. Additionally im unable to open my camera...much less take any pictures. I don't have the slightest idea how to fix either issue
the wifi on my lg x charge keeps dropping every few minutes. the cricket wifi-manager was never turned on and it doesn't make a bit of difference. It started 2 auto updates ago and after the last auto update it drops every few minutes signal strength is steady and strong. My wifes phone my daughter, son in-law, son's, and 2 granddaughters have no problems.
Last Sunday, July 5th, my prior phone simply died that morning. I was staying at a friend's house in Burleson, Texas. I was taken to a local Cricket store and purchased a new phone a few hours later in the afternoon. Just days later I began to have problems with this phone. It wouldn't let me answer and was kicking the caller to voicemail after two rings.I live in Garland, TX and this is where I purchased my last phone and setup my account. I walked in this morning, July 11th, and was then told, "Sorry, we can't do anything and you have to go back to the original store." This is 60 minutes away. The problem with this is that I can't drive. I have no way to get there. I simply don't see how on earth that as a customer for several years that a phone can't be returned at this store. I actually wanted to upgrade to a better phone. Yet, I rather take a slap in the face saying too bad.
Using a Motorola however, have used every phone under the sun for the last several years.I was get horrible reception in my home. I would say it's because I live by the airport however I get perfect reception in my drive way.I can hear them but they can't hear me.Is there something in my house that could be the cause?I don't think the issue is anything to do with current events as it's been happening for years.
Tried using a new sd card but it wont work. Tried aother new one wouldnt work, only my old one works but cant delete things off it because i have no where to transfer them. The new one i put in and go to me camera it say no external storage available. What do i do to make it work.
General Device Unlock RequirementsIf you have a Cricket phone, it may have been programmed with a lock that prevents it from operating with other compatible wireless networks. Cricket will provide the unlock code upon request, provided Cricket has the unlock code or can reasonably obtain it from the manufacturer, and you have met the following unlocking requirements: The device you want to unlock has been active for at least six (6) months of paid service.* The device is designed for use on and is locked to Cricket's network. The device has not been reported lost or stolen. The device is not associated with a fraudulent account. If you're an active Cricket customer and believe you meet the eligibility requirements listed above, sign in to My Account to unlock your phone. Some Android phones must be unlocked using the myCricket app. Non-Cricket customers, please call Customer Support at 1-800-CRICKET (1-800-274-2538). Recently I purchased a Used Cricket phone
We have a pair of G7 Supra phones. Pretty much everything works on 4G, but a bunch of apps cannot connect on Wifi. Examples: Yahoo Mail App, Disney+ App, Discord, Amazon... many.Turn off Wifi... works fine.Same apps work on Wifi on other devices (older Moto Turbo 2 and other devices since retired).Anyone else have a similar issue?Right now I have to keep old phones around to cast Disney+ to the Chromecast.
Hey Everyone, I'm just wondering about Phones in general.I heard that low signal will drain battery but would being in a area on Cricket Wireless that drops signal and regains it like several times a day drain the battery worse than having 1 bars of signal?Basically will the times I don't have signal drain the battery heavier than weak signal.
