After using Airplane mode yesterday about an hour later I lost Mobile Data connection and have not been able to get connected to the Internet either from WiFi or Mobile Data. I have completed Level 1 troubleshooting(APN settings, start/restart, etc) Please help.Thank you.
CHUWI Hi9 Pro 8.4" 4G LTE Tablet Unlocked. Seems like only gremlins know if a device will work or not? Always geared to the IMEI code. I don't have that and will not purchase if now compatible with Cricket. Carriers point me to Chuwi and Chuwi points me toward carriers? How can I confirm or deny that this device will actually work? Seems silly to buy the device only to discover it doesn't work! Thanks.
Less than 2 months ago I bought a new Nokia 3.1 Plus running Android Pie. So far I've been able to download 2 updates with no problems. Yesterday another one popped up and I haven't been able to download it. I keep getting this message "Previous DM session is still working. Please try again later." I searched online, didn't find much. I did find that DM stands for Device Management and supposedly means something running in the background. I turned off all of my backups. Still the same message. Has anyone ran into this problem before? Or anyone have a fix? Cricket CS was no help as usual and told me to contact the manufacturer, even though it does state Cricket Wireless software update.
the wifi on my lg x charge keeps dropping every few minutes. the cricket wifi-manager was never turned on and it doesn't make a bit of difference. It started 2 auto updates ago and after the last auto update it drops every few minutes signal strength is steady and strong. My wifes phone my daughter, son in-law, son's, and 2 granddaughters have no problems.

First, last month I called cricket to setup auto-pay and they said it wouldn't take affect till this month. Now, yes it did take affect but they attempted to charge my account on the 26th of the month an not the 28th as was the agreement when I signed up for auto-pay. Besides that they're trying to charge my account two days before the due date and thus change my billing date two days in advance. That's some shenanigans if I've ever had to deal with any. So, then on the 28th I received a text stating that I had used 1 gig over my allotted amount then a text stating that my cycle renewed but I had already used 1 1/2 gigs which I never did. I had used 524 mb but not the amount they claim. I had just paid my bill whats wrong with this company. Its one underhanded thing after another. Makes me want to write the FCC to have them look into the data situation here. Not just for me but everyone thats having the same issues I am. Anyone else having these kinda issues? Pleas
Im not able to send or receive picture messages. ive already tried multiple access point and reseted my mobile setting multiple times as well and i cant send or receive picture is there anything i can do to fix it. also my phone is a umigidi z2 special addition and everything else works on it i can text an search the web with no problem
Bought a Moto e5 Cruise in February. According to your e5 cruise support page, there are 2 security updates for this device. One dated Nov. 2018. The other dated Jan. 2019. I have not received any. Still stuck on April 1, 2018. Is it just my phone, or is this a Moto e5 issue?
I have 54 phone numbers blocked with an area code like mine and still get calls all the time. Got 2 in the last 15 mins. I have HiYa and know where on my Cricket phone for blocking an area code or number but that sure doesn't work on my phone. Its OLD......
I added a new line and was told I HAD TO GET the phone even though I planned on using my apple phone with the account, I got a cheap one and IN THE STORE , the employee took the SIM card out and put it in my apple phone I planned on using. I told them eventually I want to use this phone but in an ATT account. They said hold the phone for 6 months and then you can use it. It’s been over the 6 months, I call to have them unlock the phone from cricket and they said no you had to use it for 6 months. The employee did not say that, they switched the SIM card to the apple phone and said just keep it and when you ready we will unlock it. Such liars!! All I want is to use the dang cricket phone!! It’s mine I paid for it, the line was in use and paid for monthly, unlock my phone!!!!
I own a One Plus 5T on Android 9 and I have 2 questions and figured I own one thread for me to ask, rather then multiple threads. 1) Is is possible to change the notification sound on the Visual Voicemail app ?? Not when you go into the phone settings, but the app itself, I did change the notification from the phone settings but it did not work, I assume it only changes the sound for the call in voice message. 2) I know and have read that WiFi calling is only available on certain Cricket owned devices. Is there a work around to be able to get it to work on other Android devices without Rooting ?? I don't get why Cricket would not want to allow this to work on all devices, it would lighten their overload on their system, seems to me. Thanks in advance
Hello,Everyime I login to the mycricket app on my moto e5 cruise it shows a red banner up top says "we cannot find an internet connection..". I've reinstalled the app, made sure it's the most up to date and even tried another phone with the aim card.. Same result. Otherwise phone is operating fine..What's interesting is in the background it's actually logged in. I have brought this issue up to cricket via support and Twitter and I have gotten no where. I see a few other posts on the play store comments mentioning the same issue and was wondering if there was any insight to the issue?Thanks,Pete
