That’s just not on my MacBook but my daughters iPad her iPhone my TV my PC my raspberry and the list goes on and on and on. And this is when only the device that I am using is hooked to it. I paid $100 for my plan and another hundred for this piece of junk so if anybody knows please please let me know thank you thank you for your time
I need to enter my phone number on my Blizzard account for an added layer of protection. I have the usual contract, pay by the month and can receive texts and all that. However Blizzard tells me that there is a code on my phone put on by Cricket which will not allow my phone to be used on their site. What is this code they are talking about? And can it be taken off? This is my only phone and I really don't want to switch to another plan at the moment. On Blizzard's forum there are many people having the same problem as I am using their Cricket plan phones on their website. Perhaps Cricket can contact Blizzard and figure this out?
This is by far the WORST phone I've ever had. No way to turn off notifications on home screen. Drops call after call after call. The volume is constantly going up and down on it's own. I'm disabled and absolutely can not count on this p.o s. Phone. No wonder it was free. My husband had to return his piece of crap Dream the 2nd day. Going to talk to the Disabled Veterans about your useless phone.
unihertz jelly pro not listed as compatible with 5G--will be changing service if cricket doesn't quit the cash grab
Keep getting texts/interrupted calls that my phone doesn’t support 5G/4G LTE. It clearly does (as multiple other services have confirmed). Since Cricket’s whitelist is nothing more than a cash-grab attempt to force customers to buy phones they don’t need, will be switching services unless tech support actually starts acting like tech support and adding ALL phones that qualify to their whitelist rather than lying about a phone’s capabilities.
I just bought the LG Stylo 6 which is an awesome phone for $276 or $299 if you count the fact they charged my debit card the next day $8 for Cricket Protect and $25 for activation for total of $33. I thought activation was free on online orders. Anywho, they sent me a shipping label that has a RA number that's different from the RA number i was told to write down. So, does this mean the label RA number is for the return and the one I was told to write down and tape to the return box is for the replacement phone? The phone I received from online order has a smash back cover with is made of glass. So, does this mean I am def getting a replacement and if so are they shipping it now or do I have to wait until my phone is received back to their warehouse? If i wont receive it until I ship mine how long will it be before I get my new phone? I really need my phone asap as it's used for my business. Is getting my phone first an option? Im drooping it off at UPS tomorrow morning 9am sharp. Do I
This is the list of compatible Motorola phones from this link:https://www.cricketwireless.com/support/great-big-network/compatible-phones.htmlMotorola g6 Forge Motorola moto e5 CRUISE Motorola moto e5 SUPRA Motorola moto g7 SUPRAThese phones are already old! If you buy a newer Motorola phone that does support VoLTE (HD Voice) your line will be disabled, and you will need to go back-and-forth with support to get them to activate it. The T-Mobile network (includes Mint Mobile and Metro PCS) has the same VoLTE requirements but they have a much bigger list that includes newer phones.I personally bought a Motorola One Zoom, and was told by Cricket support that it wasn’t compatible because it “didn’t support VoLTE.” So I returned that phone. The One Zoom was a last-gen phone. Doing some research I saw the Motorola G7 phones were “compatible,” but those phones are 2 years old. Surely the G9 plus would be compatible, and it supports VoLTE. Nope. I purchased it, and I had to go through
I am not under contract, and will simply go elsewhere. The microphone on my telephone died, it was 5 weeks old! I was in the middle of a conversation, and she started saying "hello? hello?" and hung up.I went to the dealer, and he explained he can only replace the instrument for the first week, but I am covered by warrantee for a year.I called 611, they took my information, but wanted me to send the phone back FIRST! Sorry, I need my phone! I bought a headset for $10, and gave my info to the warrantee department. A week later, NOTHING. NO LETTER, NO PHONE, like it never happened!I value my TIME. Expect me to be gone next month!Feel free to send comments to:Mitt_glick@yahoo.comIt is unlikely that I will return here.
I am a consumer of cellular wireless but I am not an engineer or a regulatory quality expert, so my question is what are the health and safety risks to using cellular wireless? I recently found information online that explains in a graph format that cellular networks, wifi, microwave ovens are approximately 3 GHz in frequency and or wavelength of 10cm. Is this bad to the human body? I usually don't keep my cell phone on all day and only use it when needed.
I have had my sounds on my LG Cricket phone set up with Zedge sounds for couple years and now just 2 days ago my text sound was changed to the Cricket Piano and nothing I try will let me go back to what I had. When I look in my settings it shows its to be Dilly Dilly, but when i look at my contacts notifications sound it shows Main, (Cricket Piano)?
So I was looking for a setting on my ZTE Maven 3 and I turned on Developer Mode (not by accident, purposely). I couldn't find the setting I was looking for on my phone so I turned Developer Mode off. After I did that my keyboard switched from the QWERTY keyboard to the ABCDEF keyboard. It's driving me crazy, because it's taking forever for me to text on my phone. What's the easiest way for me to get my keyboard back to the QWERTY keyboard settings? Thanks!
This is a complaint about recent call quality issues. We have three cricket cell phone lines on three different Android phones. All three have had this problem. We go to make a call and all you hear is digital noise. You cannot make out any words or any other sounds, though there are pauses in the noise where there is little to no sound. If we reboot the phone, or switch airplane mode on/off the problem seems to go away. It really seems like a network/tower problem. How do I report this problem as there are no support areas for call quality issues? We have been using Cricket for at least 2 years, and this problem has just started within the last few weeks.
I have a new phone (Moto G7 Supra) and my calls are only displaying with the contact's number (555-867-5309) and not their name - I almost ignored my wife's call, because I didn't instantly recognize her number.I'm on the phone all day, but I can't afford to screen my calls - is there a way to get the Contact Name to display for incoming and outgoing calls?
I added a new line and was told I HAD TO GET the phone even though I planned on using my apple phone with the account, I got a cheap one and IN THE STORE , the employee took the SIM card out and put it in my apple phone I planned on using. I told them eventually I want to use this phone but in an ATT account. They said hold the phone for 6 months and then you can use it. It’s been over the 6 months, I call to have them unlock the phone from cricket and they said no you had to use it for 6 months. The employee did not say that, they switched the SIM card to the apple phone and said just keep it and when you ready we will unlock it. Such liars!! All I want is to use the dang cricket phone!! It’s mine I paid for it, the line was in use and paid for monthly, unlock my phone!!!!
How do I get rid of the Xfinity screen permanently so it won't keep popping up from time to time?Brand new Moto G7 Supra just purchased from Cricket and activated last night.I don't have an Xfinity account and don't want one. Don't see anything about Xfinity in settings or list of apps. Screen has both the Comcast and Cricket Wireless logos.
I have been a customer of Cricket for years, with great success. I have 2 lines. One Cricket phone (716-649-6000) is used for business. When business calls come in (each day)...they are FORWARDED to one of my staff. The call forwarding feature (and voice) has always worked perfectly, for many years. No issues.PROBLEM: Within the last 6 months or so...when a forwarded call comes in, there is a significant voice delay between two parties. It's much like on a national newscast...when the anchor person is talking to another reporter on the other side of the earth, and there are delays before the messages are heard by each party. In over 12+ years, we have never, ever had an issue (with forwarded calls on 716-649-6000)...until now. Is it an AT&T problem? RESOLUTION: How can you fix it? How long will it take?I absolutely don't want to change carriers...but we must get this corrected right away. It's completely distracting to us and
the Nokia 3. 1 plus has been blacklisted by the software companies and they are stating but they will offer no support for Nokia at all due to a breach with the Android contract by enforcing phone encryption software Developers will make no new software or games for Nokia platforms because of the violation of the Android contract and Cricket Wireless is selling Nokia phones do not buy Nokia phones
