To whom it may concern I am going to address a serious issue with the lies in which your company is doing. And Furthermore I do accept you too address this issue, as I am a cricket customer and have been for several years now and Furthermore I am more than upset by the blantly scamming people in general saying that the phone is a 28.8 megapixel camera! Sorry to say that when you add each individual camera and you divide its software into four cameras at 7.2 megapixels you don't have a camera that produces 28.8 megapixels you actually have a camera that is just as bad as if you were to have purchased a regular phone with one camera such as a 3G smartphone seriously lying to your consumers about their software in there useless phone that is complete junk is seriously wrong infact it's illegal to do anything like that! This is a Moto one 5g purchased online from Cricket on December 5, 2021. also a 2021 model. Have had service with it for 6 months. It won’t unlock with app. Inserted another sim. No unlock. Performed a factory reset. No unlock with app. Have Tried for 3 days, called 10X. 1st day they said phone could be unlocked 8 hours later. Next day got a support case#. Today they said that the phone could be unlocked after 3 hours. No unlock. Constantly receive this ERROR CODE; UNLOCK failed to generate attestation request ERROR CODE# 16781312 ENDORSE API failed. I purchased this with the intent to use it as an alternate method to access the internet. Their unlimited plan only allows 10GBs hotspot use. Insufficient. Please help unlock this phone. Provide a way for me to contact Motorola if necessary to obtain a PUK code and method to unlock the phone. CASE#- C-B7VLJO.
Hey guys! So I recently bought a unlocked Moto G 5G Plus from amazon. Being it’s unlocked, I expected I could use it with cricket. When I first put my sim card in, it said “log into cricket”. When I did, it said my account was suspended. I later went the store and we called customer service. He said the phone was not compatable with circket. He later unsuspended my account. It was weird bc I put the sim back in and it was working perfect. I could make calls, web search for hours. Than I went to sleep. When I woke up, it was suspended again. I called Cricket again and they said “it’s not a hq voice”. I have no idea what this is. Idk why my phone wont work with cricket. Legit i have seen many people with the same phone mention how their phones work with cricket. I mean, it legit worked for me for hours. Even hours after i went to sleep bc i seen mssgs from 3 hours before I woke up. Can someone please help?
So when Cricket made the older phones not work with their 5g, My Galaxy S8+ was no longer supported and I was forced to get a new phone. I had no choice but to take whatever phone was free because I had to have a phone for my job or I couldn't work. I picked the the Dream 5G. Because of its size. It worked flawless for 2 months then it began dropping the data connection. Every tower change it would not connect back to the data. It wouldn't drop a phone call but would never connect back to the data unless I switched data off and back on. It did this every time it changed towers and in the city that's every seconds. This went on for 2 weeks and I called customer service everyday trying to get this fixed. The local cricket store is absolutely useless with and phone issues. I filed a warranty claim, had to send in my Cricket dream 5g. Luckily I was able to borrow a LG phone from a friend and it worked great for the 2 days I had my sim card in it. Got my replacement Cricket Dream 5g today,
Recently I had to buy another phone. I used the sim card from my old phone, and it worked great for like a week or two. Now I don’t receive text messages from one person who is also on the same line as me. I can receive phone calls from her and group texts, but not one on one texts. I tried restarting my phone, doing a factory reset, removed the sim card and replaced it, cleared the SMS cache, deleting the contact and adding it again, but nothing works. I also checked to see if her number was blocked and it wasn’t. Any other suggestions that I haven’t tried?
Hello everyone! I am new to this comunity and I hope someone here can be kind enough to help me or guide me in the right direction as how to go about unlocking a Cricket phone that was gifted to me, but since I currently live in Guatemala City I cant use it here because it is carrier locked. I tried to use the Cricket App directly from the phone but it does not open, Since I am trying to access it from outside the US. I have full access to the phone and can provide what ever information is needed. can someone please help me?
I know someone asked this, but that post hasn’t been touched in months. Is there any fix to this problem? Blizzard support told me that there is a code on our phone numbers that makes their system reject our number. They are saying that the only way we can bypass this is if we get new numbers and they cannot do anything at all on their end. Has there been any updates to this problem?
I signed up for cricket in July. Got a good plan a good deal because I receive food stamps, and got what I thought was a neat phone in the dream 5g. The best way I can describe it, is a POS. The first phone I had, had it for two days before I had to take it back to the store I got it from for randomly Turing off. I should have just exchanged it for the moto phone they asked me if I wanted to swap to, if I knew then what I know now I would, I got a whole new dream. Came home and set it up, again within a week I was back at the store. This time the whole phone would lock up. I couldn't open any apps, when I would try to call someone it took FOREVER for it to try to connect to make the call. Kept popping up a notification something "ACS" I tried to tap it to see what it was nothing happened. Also had MAJOR battery issues (still have those) where it could be plugged in and the battery draining not charging. I could leave it locked charging while I slept and it would just barely be over 50%
I have been dealing with a frustrating nightmare for the past 2 weeks and no one at Cricket seems to care about losing a long-time customer. I just bought a brand new phone through Cricket which has been defective and because its past 7 days the only options is for me to send it to the manufacturer, be days without a phone, only to be sent a used phone. I just purchased this phone and within 2 weeks of owning it it stopped working properly. It has been ridiculous to get through to anyone because of the COVID outbreak which has delayed me getting in touch with anyone from customer service, and because of that, me as the customer is getting penalized. I did not spend money on a brand new phone just to be sent a used phone. I will absolutely be switching providers as soon as possible, since no one at customer service seems to be able to help or even care about my situation. Buy Moto G Stylus 5G for my daughter 7/28/21. It seemed like a really great phone. I recently bought myself one and was thinking of buying one for my husband. No problem until October 2022, when the phone suddenly had issues charging?Advice? Anyone with similar issues? Any fix? I am paying for the Cricket Warranty. Should I call about the Cricket Warranty? Has anyone had success getting 5G service on an unlocked Motorola One 5G Ace? I chatted with Cricket Wireless tech support who confirmed that I have 5G service in my area and my phone is compatibile. Then we went through APN setting changes with no success. The service tech told me to call Motorola because it appeared that my phone doesn't have a toggle setting. I then called Motorola and their tech support told me my phone will automatically switch to 5G when the signal strength is good. Any help the community has would be greatly appreciated .
I bought a new moto g power 2021 about 6 weeks ago and the only issue I have is serious connectivity issues. When I'm actually able to connect to the internet it is short lived. I'm constantly receiving error message saying network issue. I've always had LG devices and never had a problem like this. I've done the restart device. I've done the clear cache. I've done the reset APN. I've done the soft reset... What's left other than hard reset?Can anyone offer me any advice?
This is by far the WORST phone I've ever had. No way to turn off notifications on home screen. Drops call after call after call. The volume is constantly going up and down on it's own. I'm disabled and absolutely can not count on this p.o s. Phone. No wonder it was free. My husband had to return his piece of crap Dream the 2nd day. Going to talk to the Disabled Veterans about your useless phone.
We just bought the hotspot box yesterday and are trying to get it set up on the my cricket app so we can track usage and pay the bill. The problem is that when we have them send the passcode to set up the account the hotspot box does not receive the message. We have the box itself set up where i can check messages on the box and no messages whatsoever. We contacted support they hung up on us, we have been to two local cricket stores and they didn't know either. All we need is to receive the passcode from cricket to set up the account on their app. Any suggestions??
My dream 5g just blinks out and restarts for no reason. At first i thought it was because I just got the phone and maybe it was still updating but it has been doing this frequently. It has not been 7 days yet. Can I take this phone back to the store for a new one. It was an upgrade. The store Rep recommended this phone and it is not doing right
my cricket sim card has become unuseable PUK locked because i put it in a verizon phone to see if it would work
I put my cricket sim card in a Verizon network locked phone I was trying to see if it was unlocked. I put my sim back in my cricket phone and it said PUK locked 10 chances so I put in 00000000 and it says to reset new pin so I did then it would ask me to do it again but now 9 chances all the way and now my cricket sim is unusable on my cricket phone.
