I bought a new moto g power 2021 about 6 weeks ago and the only issue I have is serious connectivity issues. When I'm actually able to connect to the internet it is short lived. I'm constantly receiving error message saying network issue. I've always had LG devices and never had a problem like this. I've done the restart device. I've done the clear cache. I've done the reset APN. I've done the soft reset... What's left other than hard reset? Can anyone offer me any advice?
I can’t set up voicemail. When I call voicemail it says my voicemail isn’t set up. When I go into setup voicemail through settings it asks for my voicemail number which shows as a totally different number. But if I enter that totally different number, it tells me there is no mailbox for that number. If I enter my actual phone number, it tells me there’s no mailbox for that number either.
I know someone asked this, but that post hasn’t been touched in months. Is there any fix to this problem? Blizzard support told me that there is a code on our phone numbers that makes their system reject our number. They are saying that the only way we can bypass this is if we get new numbers and they cannot do anything at all on their end. Has there been any updates to this problem?
Ive had the moxee hotspot for a week now. And what a piece of sh@$ it is. This thing dont really work. I can set there and what safari buffer and watch this moxee and see it aint pulling no kilobytes. I have to hit return like ten times the it says how much there was no luck please try to later time. That’s just not on my MacBook but my daughters iPad her iPhone my TV my PC my raspberry and the list goes on and on and on. And this is when only the device that I am using is hooked to it. So my question is do I have this thing on the wrong settings or what is the best settings for this for this thing to work. because obviously it’s not on the right settings are this thing is just one pile of Sh@$. I paid $100 for my plan and another hundred for this piece of junk so if anybody knows please please let me know thank you thank you for your time
I have a Samsung Z fold 2. I have not been able to call out or receive calls for 3 days now. I've had Samsung look at the phone and they say it is a carrier issue. I've put a friend's SIM card in my unlocked phone, and hers works in my phone. Cricket can't seem to give me answers. Anyone else??
unihertz jelly pro not listed as compatible with 5G--will be changing service if cricket doesn't quit the cash grab
Keep getting texts/interrupted calls that my phone doesn’t support 5G/4G LTE. It clearly does (as multiple other services have confirmed). Since Cricket’s whitelist is nothing more than a cash-grab attempt to force customers to buy phones they don’t need, will be switching services unless tech support actually starts acting like tech support and adding ALL phones that qualify to their whitelist rather than lying about a phone’s capabilities.
I recently purchased an unlocked Moto G100 5G phone directly from Motorola. I verified the phone’s IMIE number via the cricket website, which said it was compatible. But when I transferred the SIM from my old Moto Power G phone (approx 18 months old) into the Moto G100 5G phone, I am only connected to the 4G network. I reside in the Dallas, TX commuting area where 5G is available. Do I need to order another SIM card from cricket in order to get my new phone connected to the 5G network? the Moto G100 5G phone did download software from the cricket network and I did reboot it both times it downloaded software from cricket. But it still remains connected to the 4G network. What else do I need to do in order to connect to the 5G network
This is the list of compatible Motorola phones from this link:https://www.cricketwireless.com/support/great-big-network/compatible-phones.htmlMotorola g6 Forge Motorola moto e5 CRUISE Motorola moto e5 SUPRA Motorola moto g7 SUPRAThese phones are already old! If you buy a newer Motorola phone that does support VoLTE (HD Voice) your line will be disabled, and you will need to go back-and-forth with support to get them to activate it. The T-Mobile network (includes Mint Mobile and Metro PCS) has the same VoLTE requirements but they have a much bigger list that includes newer phones.I personally bought a Motorola One Zoom, and was told by Cricket support that it wasn’t compatible because it “didn’t support VoLTE.” So I returned that phone. The One Zoom was a last-gen phone. Doing some research I saw the Motorola G7 phones were “compatible,” but those phones are 2 years old. Surely the G9 plus would be compatible, and it supports VoLTE. Nope. I purchased it, and I had to go through
I am not under contract, and will simply go elsewhere. The microphone on my telephone died, it was 5 weeks old! I was in the middle of a conversation, and she started saying "hello? hello?" and hung up.I went to the dealer, and he explained he can only replace the instrument for the first week, but I am covered by warrantee for a year.I called 611, they took my information, but wanted me to send the phone back FIRST! Sorry, I need my phone! I bought a headset for $10, and gave my info to the warrantee department. A week later, NOTHING. NO LETTER, NO PHONE, like it never happened!I value my TIME. Expect me to be gone next month!Feel free to send comments to:Mitt_glick@yahoo.comIt is unlikely that I will return here.
I have had my sounds on my LG Cricket phone set up with Zedge sounds for couple years and now just 2 days ago my text sound was changed to the Cricket Piano and nothing I try will let me go back to what I had. When I look in my settings it shows its to be Dilly Dilly, but when i look at my contacts notifications sound it shows Main, (Cricket Piano)?
my free phone the cricket debut which i received for the acp program did a update and now will just power on and off showing the powered by android screen. I tried getting into the reboot/ safeboot and once i have that menu show it just restarts into the boot loop without allowing a selection to be made. went into a store like i was told i could when i signed up for it at a local event, they didnt even here out our issue and said they dont help with acp phones and that i needed to cancel and reapply to get a new phone because they dont fix them.
Hi,I got my Google Pixel 6a phone today, and was super excited to try it out, but after inserting my cricket wireless sim, I got an SMS saying this model is not supported by Cricket.I got on a call with customer service, and provided them with my IMEI number, but all they said is they do not support this model.Does anyone know if cricket will support Pixel 6a or how long does it usually take Cricket to support a new device? I need to decide if I should be returning my Pixel 6a :(
I got the free Dream 5G yesterday. It's fast, looks sharp, but after using it for a day I've noticed it will randomly restart itself. I cannot figure it out. I have downloaded all kinds of memory and system stability testing programs to try and find corrupt ram. But they all check out. Is Android system WebView the culprit again?? It will be fine for hours and hours. Then I'll be laying down and hear it just randomly restart and check the system uptime, sure enough...yeah crashed. It has the latest update. I don't wanna return the phone, but I'm about to because it's displaying symptoms of corrupt ram or graphics corruption. I'm starting to see why they're giving them away for free. I reset the phone to see if I could make it stable with just 1 Google account. Or maybe the transfer from the previous device didn't go smooth. So I reset it. *The only clue I have is some kind of omapc message after the reboot." It's a nice phone, but if it doesn't sort it out or someone can
