I have seen a post that cricket knew the my cricket app was not working on the Moto G7 and a LG phone. This was posted back in May of this year. Wondering were the fix for this is. What is taking so long. I need to unlock my phone for overseas use and got an unlock code but have to use the mycricket app to unlock. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days for someone from tech support to call me This is totally unacceptable. Why do company's sell a product that they know does not function 100%.
Okay so I filed a claim for my Motorola G Power 2021 which I dropped and the screen is destroyed and upon completion I noticed that they're sending me a replacement Motorola G7 Supra which is the device I had before I upgraded and got my G Power. Does it have to do with availability or was this perhaps a mistake? Will I have to upgrade again to get my G Power back?
I bought a cricket phone in March 2021 I've had nothing but problems. Took it to a cricket store and was told there was nothing they could do they stated in just has a little pause in it and freezes up occasionally but that's the type of phone you have. Hmmmm really ok! I've been with cricket since 2016 and that experience just makes me want to switch service providers. Why do they not honor their product?
Bought a new phone for my son’s birthday. A Motorola G8 plus. read a bunch of reviews that said it would work on Cricket.My son put his sim card in the new phone and it failed. He tried putting the sim card back in his old phone , A Motorola G6, and it still wouldn’t work.I assumed he had somehow damaged the sim so I sent him down to the Cricket store to get a new one.They informed him that the New G8 isn’t supported because Cricket is disabling 3G. The G8 came out last year. It does 4G. It’s 2 generations newer than the phone he was using.They told him there was nothing they could do. He had to call 611 to get his sim card reactivated. We tried that. We were informed that his old phone is no longer supported so they wouldn’t turn it back on.My wife is still using a G6. It still works!!!! saying it isn’t supported is a lie. This is a complaint about recent call quality issues. We have three cricket cell phone lines on three different Android phones. All three have had this problem. We go to make a call and all you hear is digital noise. You cannot make out any words or any other sounds, though there are pauses in the noise where there is little to no sound. If we reboot the phone, or switch airplane mode on/off the problem seems to go away. It really seems like a network/tower problem. How do I report this problem as there are no support areas for call quality issues? We have been using Cricket for at least 2 years, and this problem has just started within the last few weeks.
I have the LG Stylo 6 and am loving it! Was just wondering is it normal for the stylus pen to have a little play (not loose at all to by any means fall out) but to have a slight little wiggle while inserted into the phone cause if you tap the screen at the bottom right near the pen you can kinda hear it move due to a slight wiggle.
Right now I have an old Stylo 2 phone and starting to need an upgrade. I have been a member of Cricket for a while and know that we don't really get perks of free decent upgrades. So is it better to buy from cricket or shop around and find a better deal on a phone that will work with cricket?
I have a 2019 Alcatel that I am trying not to loathe. I only use my phone for actual phone stuff, and to watch YouTube news programs. I also have the hotspot app so I can use my computer for actual computer stuff like research and email. I live where there is a signal (usually 3-5 bars) but NO WIFI. Which evidently is required for the automatic software updates I get. Constantly. They interrupt a news show, a text message I am in the middle of, etc. They are a constant banner on my screen when I turn it on. And I have zero access to public wifi. How do I turn off the Automatic Cricket Software Updates????? (yes, a little frustrated here) thanks :)
I purchased this LG 6 one week ago in March of 2021 I can connect it to my Bluetooth perfect it will let me make calls and receive calls but if I send myself a message and I walk in the car and it's playing my tune as soon as the car starts my messaging and my emails are all silent I've called LG I've gone to cricket I have a Lincoln and I called them it's definitely a problem with the phone my car is 10 years old I've had flip phones ZTE phones everything alerted me on the phone with my email and messaging this one I get no alerts for emails or messaging if I go to volume the only sound I hear is the ringing of the phone no other sounds can someone help me LG doesn't know what they're talking about
I have been a customer of Cricket for years, with great success. I have 2 lines.One Cricket phone (716-649-6000) is used for business. When business calls come in (each day)...they are FORWARDED to one of my staff. The call forwarding feature (and voice) has always worked perfectly, for many years. No issues.PROBLEM: Within the last 6 months or so...when a forwarded call comes in, there is a significant voice delay between two parties.It's much like on a national newscast...when the anchor person is talking to another reporter on the other side of the earth, and there are delays before the messages are heard by each party.In over 12+ years, we have never, ever had an issue (with forwarded calls on 716-649-6000)...until now. Is it an AT&T problem? RESOLUTION: How can you fix it? How long will it take?I absolutely don't want to change carriers...but we must get this corrected right away. I have an Lg Stylo 3 and have had this problem twice now! "The Number or Code you have Dialed is incorrect, please check the number and dail again." The first time, I went to a Cricket store and they had me call a representative. I was at the store until the time they closed!!! I left upset. The problem fixed itself a few days later but now has occured again and I haven't been able to contact this number is over 2 weeks!!!!This is an emergency contact of mine and a contact I fall frequently!! I was a long time att customer and switched when a cheaper plan came to town that happened to be related to att. I should have known it wasn't going to go well. Yesterday as I'm working away my Motorola G 7 started to act strange. First no texting then no internet and so on till I don't have anything usable on my phone. A phone I paid $200 for 5 months ago.
