So I was using my Cricket Dream 5G cell phone, which has been working fine for almost a month (I just got this as a replacement for a dream I spilled water on), and while using it the screen froze and I couldn’t back out, go to home pae or even turn the screen off, so I shut the phone off by holding the power button for a few seconds. Now it won’t come back on. I’ve tried holding the power button for 30+ seconds and doing the same with the volume held down as well. It doesn’t even vibrate when it goes on the charger. It was at least at 37% when it died, was updated to date, wasn’t damaged at all and wasn’t even running hot. All I did was shut it down once and now it won’t come back on. Plz help because I really don’t want to file another claim.
Ok so I been getting an error message telling me that my sim card is full. When I go to look into this...I find that my sim card is empty. Wtf. Additionally im unable to open my camera...much less take any pictures. I don't have the slightest idea how to fix either issue
So, I got this phone about 10 months ago, and its been working alright since I have gotten it. I take it with me to highschool and back everyday, take it to work, then go home. Just yesterday however, it stopped working. I figured the battery had died, so I thought I had plugged it in and turned it back on. It turned on, but I didnt realize it wasnt charging. A few moments later, it died again. Now, it wont take charge, and it wont turn on. Ive taken out the battery and put it back in, Ive used 2 different cords on outlets I know work, and I left the phone charging for three hours, no response. Anyone know a fix, or am I just screwed?
I’m getting SMS messages on my Turbo Hotspot 2. How can I send a STOP command to the senders?I assume these messages were subscribed to by the previous person who has my number.I was unsuccessful finding any help so far including Cricket agents who can’t seem to understand the issue.
The new earbuds sounded good connected to my 5G. A short time later the volume decreased a lot. My media volume had not changed. Other earbuds work fine, and my new earbuds work fine on another fine. I can not find a setting to control Bluetooth volume. I noticed the phone is Bluetooth 5.1, the earbuds are 5.3. Should they be compatible? Any other advice or help with this is appreciated.
I purchased a cricket dream 5G and i only had it for 2 hours before the phone restarted itself. Since that first time it has did the same thing multiple times a day. I have visited the store where i purchased it and was told to contact customer service. Now the phone displays that the system is corrupt
When will the Moto G power 2022 receive android 12 the Moto website said Android 12 has been released for the g power 2022 and I've checked for updates and have auto update on but my phone is still on Android 11 and the Moto website said 12 rolled out to this model over a month ago
my data comes and goes i contacted cricket via facebook messagner and they refreshed my line 3 times this month already ,i even asked about the towers in my area if they were down . i updated my carrier service app and reset network settings ,removed sim and turn phone off and on . what other suggestions do you all have ? p.s. i live in a rural area and the weather has been good and bad
I'm very confused, how can an unlocked Motorola Edge 5g UW (originally from Verizon) not be compatible with Cricket? It has both 4g and 5g capability, so why would this phone be impacted by the 3g system? I'm trying to gift this phone to someone who is in need, but if it won't work on Cricket, this won't work. This is a really nice phone, only a year old, why wouldn't Cricket be able to use this phone?
I have a Dream 5G. Slow/intermittent connection and “UI has stopped working” message anytime the phone is turned on. Other issues lead me to believe the phone is corrupted. If I claim it on a warranty (providing I’m able) does Cricket attempt to replace it with the same model or am I allowed to pick out another phone even if I pay any difference?
I have a moto g power (2021). Every time I make or receive a calls, the connection cuts in and out. It doesn't matter if I am inside or outside, connected to wifi or data, I can only hear parts of the conversation and the party on the other end keeps asking if I'm still there. I tried Cricket support, who helped me (I believe) reset the phone. Which obviously didn't work. I've tried turning my phone on and off. Google suggested taking the battery and sim card out, but a sticker on the back of my phone says that can't be done. It's frustrating having a phone that I can't use and is unreliable. Anyone else have this issue? Wondering if it could be the phone itself? Or is it an issue with Cricket?
I been looking at possibly upgrading my phone and didn't really like the options on cricket website, so I been looking at buying a unlocked phone. I stumbled on some website that looks just like Cricket but they claim to be an authorized e retailer For cricket but for BYOD only. They call themselves quality one wireless. They seem to be a legit company according to BBB but wanted to confirmation that they are an authorized e retailer and not some scam company posing as an cricket affiliate. I was a cricket customer for 17 year Xfinity gave me a bundle well I came back to cricket bought a new phone and I'm back with cricket so now since I switched I can't receive calls it say my Verizon has changed my number or canceled my service no body can fix this I cant receive calls I never had nothing to do with Verizon in my whole life
Not every time but numerous times a day whenever I make a call at some point during our conversation the call will become very distorted. It sounds like some serious White Noise where you can't make out what anyone's saying. But there are pauses when the other person stops talking and they can hear me fine. This has been going on now for a couple of months but it seems to have gotten worse. Does not make a difference if I reboot the phone or do a factory reset.
BBB------ IF CRICKET DOESN'T OFFER ME A CHECK TO REPLACE THE DEVICE THEY WILL SOON STOP CARRYING IM FILING WITH THE BBB PERIOD.... Im a loyal customer for yrs with 5 lines all have insurance!!!! i just put a claim for the 6 because of its awful freezing screens. voice asst comes on by itself , power the phone off and since day one it takes 10 to 15 min to come back on!!!! I saw the neg..reviews when it came out BUT BEING A LOYAL STYLO FAN ive had the 3, 4, 5 and NOW THE TOXIC 6.....im heartbroken !!! As i sit here and wait for the warranty dept to call me back they want to offer to replace it , when i have full knowledge FROM ASSURION that the amount of claims on this device will blow your mind!!!! So cricket stop offering a phone that within a few months will start malfunctioning , i get it to those that love it ...HEY THAT WAS ME MAN ...i saved to upgrade and now they want to give me another , this will be 3 now COME ON GET THE HINT !!! It is not fair to loyal customers to treat them
