I have a Moto G6 that I had to upgrade in January because Cricket said it would not be compatible after February. No big deal because they gave me a free Moto Stylus. Today another phone I have that I use for work bit the dust. Needing another phone, I took the sim card out and put it in the Moto G6. Everything seems to work fine. The phone is lte and when making a voice call there is an hd beside the timer so I assume hd voice is working. Is there any reason I shouldn't keep using this phone?
Your destination is not supported - texting error
For the past 3 days, when I use Google Assistant to verbally create a text message, I get the error:"Cricket here. We are sorry but your text message failed. Your destination is not supported from your current location." This happens while I am driving to or from work (and I have never had this problem in the past 18 months of driving to work). It happens at home. It happens when texting family members. I have a Samsung S9. I am using Google's Messages. According to the Play Store, I have the most current version.Any idea what is going on?
Claim: "New old device??"
Okay so I filed a claim for my Motorola G Power 2021 which I dropped and the screen is destroyed and upon completion I noticed that they're sending me a replacement Motorola G7 Supra which is the device I had before I upgraded and got my G Power. Does it have to do with availability or was this perhaps a mistake? Will I have to upgrade again to get my G Power back?
Cricket forcing me to change my brand new phone for a feature I won't be using
I bought a brand new phone with my money from working yesterday, good quality, was a great deal for the features. Gets it set up, and gets a text that it’s not compatible, ends up calling Cricket and the issue gets sorted. Later I decided to update my phone, IMEI gets reset and now my phone is back to being incompatible. Note that I am not rich and I’m happy I got to pay for the phone I did, but now I had to wait a day for Cricket to be open to call them just for them to deactivate my phone number. They mentioned during both calls that my phone was 3G, despite it being a 4G phone and kept talking about some “HD Voice” feature. I barely make phone calls, why is this even a thing. So now I have to return the phone because it’s under my families plan, which by the way all their phones are going to be deactivated in February so expect us to leave Cricket soon. why dont cricket honor their product
I bought a cricket phone in March 2021 I've had nothing but problems. Took it to a cricket store and was told there was nothing they could do they stated in just has a little pause in it and freezes up occasionally but that's the type of phone you have. Hmmmm really ok! I've been with cricket since 2016 and that experience just makes me want to switch service providers. Why do they not honor their product?
suspended account for using new phone
Bought a new phone for my son’s birthday. A Motorola G8 plus. read a bunch of reviews that said it would work on Cricket.My son put his sim card in the new phone and it failed. He tried putting the sim card back in his old phone , A Motorola G6, and it still wouldn’t work.I assumed he had somehow damaged the sim so I sent him down to the Cricket store to get a new one.They informed him that the New G8 isn’t supported because Cricket is disabling 3G. The G8 came out last year. It does 4G. It’s 2 generations newer than the phone he was using.They told him there was nothing they could do. He had to call 611 to get his sim card reactivated. We tried that. We were informed that his old phone is no longer supported so they wouldn’t turn it back on.My wife is still using a G6. It still works!!!! saying it isn’t supported is a lie. South Hill store lady is rude
Been with Cricket about eight months. bought two phones one for Me one for the business. one phone jack would not work went to the store the young lady who told another lady that she was being rude to that she was a general manager once she got to me I was telling you about my phone jack and she was very rude she wouldn't let me get a word in she told me to phone that I have messed up the phone putting something in the aux Jack which I never used.I told her I never did she actually told me NO you use the phone jack before I can see the damage as she the her flashlight on. I said thank you letf the store came home called support. Emilio is a very helpful young man. The problem he couldn't fix but very helpful. Look im a manager of a restaurant, I get it! customers can drive you crazy but this girl should not be your face of the company. Any i fixed the phone. But not sure about every going in the store with her there again!!!!!!
migrate to new motorola phone
I had to buy a new phone because the microphone on ,my old phone did not seem to work right. The salesman activated the new phone right away. When I got home, I researched how to migrate the apps, "Use Motorola Migrate app", but now the old phone says “You're Offline”. Is there a way to get Motorola Migrate to work when the old phone no longer has cell service?Is there a way to manually migrate ‘Messages’ app data to the new phone?
LG Stylo 6
I have the LG Stylo 6 and am loving it! Was just wondering is it normal for the stylus pen to have a little play (not loose at all to by any means fall out) but to have a slight little wiggle while inserted into the phone cause if you tap the screen at the bottom right near the pen you can kinda hear it move due to a slight wiggle.
Falsely Presented Phone Software
To whom it may concern I am going to address a serious issue with the lies in which your company is doing. And Furthermore I do accept you too address this issue, as I am a cricket customer and have been for several years now and Furthermore I am more than upset by the blantly scamming people in general saying that the phone is a 28.8 megapixel camera! Sorry to say that when you add each individual camera and you divide its software into four cameras at 7.2 megapixels you don't have a camera that produces 28.8 megapixels you actually have a camera that is just as bad as if you were to have purchased a regular phone with one camera such as a 3G smartphone seriously lying to your consumers about their software in there useless phone that is complete junk is seriously wrong infact it's illegal to do anything like that! IMEI Whitelist and voLTE
Why is it that all the phones on the IMEI whitelist are only sold by ATT/Cricket? https://www.cricketwireless.com/support/great-big-network/byod-compatibility.htmlCricket/ATT are forcing people to buy their phones to use volte.For example, I am using bv9600 pro unlocked & rooted. i can switch 4g bands to match their system and make custom apn to match making my phone fully compatible. However because my IMEI isn’t on the whitelist im blocked from the voLTE. Here is some of the phones info:as you can see my phone is trying to use voLTE service but because of the IMEI whitelist it gets blocked from registering IMS on the service.The real issue isn’t the phones, its Cricket/ATT forcing people to buy their phones. When in some cases isn’t the issue. LG G8X Is Now not compatible??
I own a factory unlocked LG G8X (LM-G850QM) running Android 11, Software version G850QM30a, Android security patch August 1, 2021. Checking for updates says I am running the latest software version for current OS. Using the IMEI compatibility checker on Cricket’s website tells me my device is compatible. I returned to Cricket on February 25th after having tried Mint Mobile. (I only got 1 bar of reception with Mint). So after signing back up with Cricket on the 25th my service worked great for two weeks. Then starting on March 10th all incoming calls started going directly to voicemail. Any outgoing call I tried to make immediately gave me a “Call Ended” message. I contacted Cricket support and was told I needed to enable the HD Voice option on my phone. No such setting exists. (I’m with Verizon now and that setting exists. It just disappears when the Cricket SIM is inserted.) Using the *#*#4636#*#* menu I can see that VoLTE is not being provisioned. Clock keeps giving the wrong time
Okay so my phone's been fine up until this last software update, and the time change. Now in order to get my phone to display the correct time I have to restart my phone multiple times a day because it'll randomly go back an hour and I never know when it happens. And in my clock app it'll automatically add a home option under the time that says +1 hour. It's really messing up my alarms and things I have in my calendar. How can I fix it please?

I purchased this LG 6 one week ago in March of 2021 I can connect it to my Bluetooth perfect it will let me make calls and receive calls but if I send myself a message and I walk in the car and it's playing my tune as soon as the car starts my messaging and my emails are all silent I've called LG I've gone to cricket I have a Lincoln and I called them it's definitely a problem with the phone my car is 10 years old I've had flip phones ZTE phones everything alerted me on the phone with my email and messaging this one I get no alerts for emails or messaging if I go to volume the only sound I hear is the ringing of the phone no other sounds can someone help me LG doesn't know what they're talking about

(I have a question I promise I just thought I needed to put this)I switched from Metro PCS to Cricket because Metros service was an ass sometimes (only sometimes, maybe once or twice a month we would have internet issues) and some family members suggested them and said they were awesome, service plans etc and so I believed them because said family members have had Cricket for over 12 yrs. Huge mistake! We all miss our Metro So this is what's going on:So Feb 2022 I switched and placed an order for 4 of the Cricket Dream phone's and the best plans for my family and I because there was some good reviews plus family suggestions. Although I got an excellent deal on them and the plans and was very satisfied I only had to pay $130 for everything, set up was easy and fast we had no problems in any of the set up process which to me was great!. Now it's been only a month and few days and omg these phones are terrible!!! The service is terrible the internet never works!! HBO max does not work f
The Number or Code you have dialed is Incorrect
I have an Lg Stylo 3 and have had this problem twice now! "The Number or Code you have Dialed is incorrect, please check the number and dail again." The first time, I went to a Cricket store and they had me call a representative. I was at the store until the time they closed!!! I left upset. The problem fixed itself a few days later but now has occured again and I haven't been able to contact this number is over 2 weeks!!!!This is an emergency contact of mine and a contact I fall frequently!! I was a long time att customer and switched when a cheaper plan came to town that happened to be related to att. I should have known it wasn't going to go well. BBB------ IF CRICKET DOESN'T OFFER ME A CHECK TO REPLACE THE DEVICE THEY WILL SOON STOP CARRYING IM FILING WITH THE BBB PERIOD.... Im a loyal customer for yrs with 5 lines all have insurance!!!! i just put a claim for the 6 because of its awful freezing screens. voice asst comes on by itself , power the phone off and since day one it takes 10 to 15 min to come back on!!!! 3G shutdown and 4G phones.
Two of my family members have Cricket service, and just recently they both got their service cut off due to that 3G shut down. They both have fairly new smartphones, and both of the phones support 4G network. What do they need to do to enable the service again? Their phones were not purchased at Cricket. Are they going to have to purchase new phones?
