For the last 24 hours the service from cricket wireless has been snail slow. My plan is unlimited data and has been fast since I've had it. Now me and other cricket users are having such low speeds that it's unreadable. None of us are over our data limit and never had a problem during high traffic. What's going on and are you guys fixing it?
I just got a new cricket software update yesterday and ever since any video I've tried to watch has buffered to a point where it's impossible to watch at all. The video will stop like 30 times in one second. And it's not just YouTube because I've tried to watch other videos on other platforms and they've done the same thing. I've never had something happen like this on my phone before this update so I think that it messed something up. I've tried restarting my phone and clearing up space by deleting files and apps but it still doesn't work and I can't think of anything else that'll make it work.
I have a LG Harmony phone(not sure which version) which has given me no problems until yesterday. I clicked on the Google icon and typed MSN.COM in the address bar and although the blue loading line appeared but was not pulsating or going any further than about 1/4”. I tried Google and typing in the search bar MSN and nothing came up. I have a game downloaded that works but I am not given the option to click to watch ads for extra pieces. I have cleaned , ran the antivirus and search settings for a resolution but have found none. I even removed the battery for 30 minutes and put it back in. No success. Any suggestions or advice would be much appreciated
Hi,I have a Moto e Supra (give or take a letter or two).In my messaging app (Android not Facebook) conversations the image next to my posts is not showing correctly. It's actually showing my son's phone image. Not sure how it happened.Where is the setting for messaging image and how do I change it?TIA
New Moto G Stylus 5g (2022) will not connect my mobile hotspot to brand new Vizio tv or laptop. Upgraded my phone from 3g and now it will not connect at all. My 3g phone connected flawlessly. I don't understand why this new upgraded phone will not. Made sure of the coverage area while in store. Have tried absolutely everything. System is up to date. It's not my devices. I do live in a rural area, I get 1-2 bars, I can get online, play online games etc etc, call, text altho reception is slow & I do get dropped calls at times, I've always been able to use hotspot on my tv to watch movies, videos & play games. Now my hotspot will not connect at all to my laptop, it keeps saying bad password even though it's correct. Connects for about 1 second to tv & then nothing. DHCP is enabled. Have changed AP bands, 2.4GHz, 5.0GHz which is preferred, tried with and without a password. I will be so happy & appreciative with ANY suggestions & ecstatic if my issue is resolved! 🤸Tha
Unable to Make or Receive phone calls since 06/08/22. Only getting Internet & text messages all this time.I have 4G LTE phone that Cricket confirms is compatible on the IME code. Customer service keeps saying Service issues in Los Angeles & it is a known issue with phones that have 3g & 4G & 5G capability. Reason is still unknown but Cricket “is working on it”. Visited the store, sales people said they know about the issue but no one has any answers or knows when/if it will be corrected.???? Absolutely NO information or acknowledgement on Cricket website. People need to understand what is happening , why is this such a secret? Whit is the issue & do we have an estimation at a minimum????
So I don't know if this is happening to anyone else but I switched to cricket about 2 weeks ago . Since then my phone that I brought with me has been getting really hot and the battery is dieing way faster than normal. I used to be able to make it to at least 12:30 pm with 62%. Now I'm plugging in my phone every 25 minutes because it's dieing so fast... Help??
It seems that if Cricket doesn’t detect a phone as an “HD Voice” (VoLTE) phone, they won’t provision it as such. Correct?Their list says that they are “adding new phones everyday.”If the phone does support VoLTE but isn’t on their list, can Cricket flip a switch and provision it as an HD Voice phone anyway? Even though it’s not on the list?
I just got my new Ovation 2 and did everything right. Transferred my data from my Samsung A11 but not all photos came through and neither did my preferences. My personal (and paid for) wallpaper came through but when I tried to find a way to personalize my home screen, suddenly my wallpaper disappeared and I can’t find it. It seems something called Quickstep decided I needed to have a different wallpaper every day and it seems to have deleted it because I can’t find it anywhere. Its still on my old phone but I can’t find a way to specifically transfer it again. Then I find out Quickstep won’t let me tighten up the icons so I download Microsoft Launcher, which does what I want it to do. But now Quickstep won’t leave me alone and keeps wanting me to put it back in charge. I would like to get my wallpaper and those last photos into the new phone but I don’t know how to do it, nor how to get Quickstep out of my way.
I'm having signal issues with my phone now for the last 2 days. The phone will lose service randomly and I will only be able to make emergency calls and can send emails over wifi. I can't text or call and can't receive any return. I have tried power cycling phone, taking the sim card out and putting it back in and turning phone back on. Have even tried changing the access point with no luck. What else can I try to get service? My billing cycle doesn't end until the 19th so I know it's not that.
Hello, I have read most of the VVM threads here, and have not seen one describe the issue I've noticed for the past 3 months. This is happening on 3 different devices. So I know it's not device related, 2 devices are on Oreo, and the third is on Nougat. I have uninstalled, cleared cache, cleared data, and still the same issue persist with the app. I'm not doing another FR, as I'm sure it is not the issue since it's happening on 3 devices.When I get a voicemail, I play the VM, it'll play for 4 secs exactly, then stop, I then have to hit the play button again for it to start and play fully. This happens on every VM using the app on all 3 devices. I have tried other 3rd party VM apps, many times I don't get the Vmail in time or days later. So I would really like to get this VVM app to work properly, or I'll simply go back to the old system in calling my number to check my messages. In this day and age you figured they be able to resolve these simple issue. Customer support
How in the world is someone on disability supposed to upgrade 4 phones to 5g phones? They cost way to much and to top it off just because we are customers we have to pay more than new customers do. So because some of us have been with cricket for over 10 years which with any other company would be a loyalty customer and would get extra benefits, we, on the other hand get screwed and will lose our plans and phones n probably numbers also because not everyone can afford new 5g phones. 4 of them at once anyway. Not with your prices for loyal customers! Plz explain how I'm supposed to upgrade 4 phones to 5g by next month??
