I recently became a Cricket customer and have no issues until lately. My boyfriend is also a Cricket customer and recently our text messages to each other have not been going through. I will text him and my text goes through on my end but he never receives it and vice versa. It has become so annoying that we have been messaging on another forum just so we make sure the other gets the message. What is going on? Or what can we do to get our texts to actually go through?!
I just got the S21. While on a call, I tried to reply to a text using the microphone (voice input to text). I got a notification that says “can’t use voice input while on a call.” So it’s prohibited. By default, voice input is controlled by Samsung. I also switched to google for voice input to see if that worked. I don’t get an error message but Google says something to the effect of “I didn’t catch that,” so it doesn’t work either at the moment.Any workaround for this? Is this an android 11 issue? I could voice text while on a call on a galaxy note 4 (android 6). All these years later and the S21 is incapable of doing this? Frustrating.
I have an Lg Stylo 3 and have had this problem twice now! "The Number or Code you have Dialed is incorrect, please check the number and dail again." The first time, I went to a Cricket store and they had me call a representative. I was at the store until the time they closed!!! I left upset. The problem fixed itself a few days later but now has occured again and I haven't been able to contact this number is over 2 weeks!!!!This is an emergency contact of mine and a contact I fall frequently!! As we both live together!! The number I'm trying to contact is through Boost Mobile. No, it is not a problem through Boost like you've said it was. It is a problem on Crickets end that needs to be resolved quickly! I went to boost mobile 3 days ago, and the lady that helped me is through Cricket as well. She called the same number I've been trying to reach and had the same error message. I've also had my mother call and she had the same error message. I am able to send texts to this number, but ca
My wifi keeps disabling. Cricket store said they have had several complaints about the same issue. They reset my network settings. I clicked forget on my home wifi and reentered the password. Wifi works for a couple of minutes and disables again. Already had my provider swap out my modem and router. I saw on the xfinity board while researching this that they are having the same problem with the LG xcharge. Just bought mine about 4 months ago. Bought 4 of them/family members. 2 are having the problem so far. Need help?
I have a Cricket Dream 5G that I had to purchase last November. I needed more memory so I installed a new Gigastone Micro SD Card 32GB. It is a UHS-U1 A1 Class 10, up to 90MB/s card - whatever that means. The SD Card was never used in any other device. I formatted the card in the phone and set it for only storage in the phone. I did not use the option to use the SD Card in both the phone and a computer.Within days, I started to get errors. The phone would randomly reboot. When the phone completed the reboot process, there would always be a message that the SD Card was missing or that the SD Card was corrupted.I reseated that card multiple times. I reformatted that card multiple times. The phone continued to randomly reboot.I took out that SD Card and put in a second SD Card. The second card was the same specifications as the first. It was also new and had never been used in any other device. Once again, I formatted the SD Card in the phone and set it for only storage in the phone.Once
I keep getting text messages from Gmail accounts sending sex services and I've done talked to cricket customer service and they telling me that nothing that they can do but change my cell phone number and I've done bought a new phone and changed my cell phone number and same problem. I have done spoken to the police about it and they told me to take cricket to court. I also had court threats over these Gmail messages because it's a chain letters. Cricket better do something or I'm taking it viral where it's known everywhere.
I can’t set up voicemail. When I call voicemail it says my voicemail isn’t set up. When I go into setup voicemail through settings it asks for my voicemail number which shows as a totally different number. But if I enter that totally different number, it tells me there is no mailbox for that number. If I enter my actual phone number, it tells me there’s no mailbox for that number either.
It doesn't matter where I am, I cannot make or receive phone calls! I can still text, surf the web, play apps, and everything else but cannot call anyone or ansser calls being made to me. What is going on? I cannot even call the Cricket service number! Whenever I make a call, it rings a few times then hangs up all on its own and says there is an issue with the network. I have never had this happen on any device before!
I bought a cricket icon 3 android phone a year ago and for months I haven't been able to update the software to Android 12 because it keeps saying that the current software is up to date which it's not and I'm getting very angry and very impatient because I haven't received the update yet. I'm not happy with cricket. >:(
BEWARE- BEWARE-BEWARE-I love Cricket- left once and came back. I pay for 7 (SEVEN) lines!! I am very frustrated right now, I have never turned anyone into the BBB but I am thinking on this.My phone broke, placed my SIMS in another phone. My phoneline was suspend for “not being 5G”. Okay, go to local store- “we are waiving upgrade fee”, okay. We leave the store. My son gets a call from same store stating that my account is eligible for a free phone upgrade, come back and pick out the phone, will only need to pay taxes.Myself and my son go to the store, my son (who had removed his SIMS card the day before) picks out and obtains his 5g phone.I pick out phones for the other 2 lines that need upgraded. They are not ringing up as free, so I choose the other one. They have to order them, okay. Still no phone service. They will call “ tomorrow or next day, we will call you when they come in”.Four days later, I call to check. Oh yeah, they are here, they came in yesterday, sorry nobody called
Two of my family members have Cricket service, and just recently they both got their service cut off due to that 3G shut down. They both have fairly new smartphones, and both of the phones support 4G network. What do they need to do to enable the service again? Their phones were not purchased at Cricket. Are they going to have to purchase new phones?
We have lines on our account. One of them started losing connection, saying emergency calls only. Restarting the phone would help sometimes. We bought a new SIM card. That did not help. Bought a new phone and put the SIM card in and it still occurs on that phone. It seems to be related to the one number. I have called customer support 5 times. Still nothing seems to be fixing the problem. The guy at the Cricket store said to cancel the line and get a new phone number. I don’t want to change my number. Can anyone help?
